Local fantastic gym ! Spotless, awesome equipment, wonderful array of classes ALL included in price of membership. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and instructors in the classes will give you a workout you wont forget ! Glad Im a member !!

Extremely clean gym, up to date equipment, very friendly staff and parking. Never too crowded and plenty of classes. Been to a few gyms in the area and this by far is the best in whitestone/bayside area.
