Ive been a member going on two years. Never had a problem with machine use, and the facility is quick to repair most of their machines when they do go down. Thankfully, there are enough machines on the 2nd floor to compliment the ones on the first floor; the second floor also having a large variety of free-weights and free-weights based machines to further build strength and muscle. I just wish I had a good enough pair of earbuds / IEMs for when I do cardio (but thats my fault, and not the fault of the gym). Hours are great too for getting a workout in before work.

So I came into this Gym for a 1 day pass. Ever since I came in I have been getting harassed on the phone by workers there trying to sign me up. Its fine if you contact me and speak, not call me and just hang up so I can call you back. Numerous calls to my cell and then Click after I say Hello. It is extremely annoying and very disrespectful. If thats a way NYSC condones businesses from there employees, I will never want any parts. Once AGAIN PLEASE STOP CALLING TO HANG UP!

Cancelled my membership at Life Clubs to try out Woodmere NYSC for a week to see if I liked it and maybe join for $20. First off, the vibe of the Woodmere club was like a morgue compared to what I was used to. No energy, mandatory sign ups for spin classes and staff that were more interested in themselves than me. I guess Its true you get what you pay for. Not gonna stay here.

Location is convenient, but the facility is lacking. A lot of the equipment simply doesnt work and repairs seem to take weeks. This is also the only gym Ive ever been to that has someone cleaning up every hour of the day. Whats up with that? The staff is nice though, so Ill keep coming back. Just wish theyd get their act together.

The environment, and the people in the facility were extremely nice to me and to everyone that entered and exited the establishment. I definately recommend this facility to family and friends. Very warm and friendly place to work out!

Mostly great. They lower prices due to competition nearby. The only negative thing that I can think of is that they do not clean their floors where you can stretch often. Sometimes I feel like I am stretching on a dirty floor.

After years of paying for NYSC & not using the facilities due to injury, I decided to cancell my membership. Management insisted on charging a cancellation fee! Way to go customer service!

One of NYSCs less clean and poorly kept gyms. Their equipment are outdated and worn out. Because of low traffic and poor management I doubt it will be fixed anytime soon:(

Be wise and think twice before you sign up at this particular NYSC. Very unethical management (especially the manager), thus one of my least favorite NYSC.

A smaller sized gym that lacks machine selection but is kept well and staff are awesome. Classes are hit or miss.
