The company I work for had vans that needed to be serviced as they havent been in about a year. I researched this company as good trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. I had each of my vans dropped off and I gave specific instructions to James to go over tooth to nail and let me know how much it will be to get this van in pristine fully working condition. After everything is said and done we spent about 8k getting our vans serviced. But each time we went to pickup our vans there were new issues that werent addressed and each time we went there was a new bill and James continued to promise that there would be no more additional issues. In fact there were even check engines lights on the dashboard that werent on when we dropped the car off but when we picked it up it was another bill for them. I feel as though we got the run-around with these guys. Which I am very disappointed - I was looking to build a relationship with this company. There was one instance which stood out - we had dropped the car off for a door latch not functioning properly and we clearly made James aware of the issue upon dropping it off. He promised it was a small fix and since we had done so much business with him he wouldnt charge us. Upon picking it up my driver inspected the car and saw the issue was not fixed. My driver immediately notified me and I called James inquiring about this. Immediately he was hostile with me and told me to "get our vans off of his property and to never come back again." In addition to this our account was billed 65$ - for what I am not sure? Extremely disappointed as this was completely unprofessional.. Please beware when using this mechanic.

Wonderful customer service. James, Angel, and Joey are super friendly and professional. They actually make getting your car serviced a positive experience. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere with a comfortable waiting area. Close to several restaurants, so you can get a bite to eat while waiting for your car. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. I have been a customer for several years and have personally recommended Central Tire and Auto to friends and family.

The staff was very nice but the owner called me and said my car was ready...I paid and went to leave and a staff member ran out saying they didnt do the alignment yet...although the car was there for at least 2 hours...then they told me it would be ready 20 min..lets just say its been another hour and I took and uber here to pick my car up and go to work not sit here and write a pissed off review!!

Broke down and had you use their parking lot. They couldnt fix my car but let me post up while I waited for AAA. Once I was able to arrange I went to call a taxi, but instead Angel offed to drive to help me out. He wouldnt accept gas $, only a thank you. Amazing service for someone who wasnt even a customer.

Went in for a alignment after installing new chamber kit on my car, Left with no alignment and all the chamber bolt left loose and 2 fell out in less then a mile. Thanks alot.
