Absolutely terrible. I went on a trip and we were all advised to use Friends Travel. Its was an awful experience. They were very rude on the phone and failed to get my information - like my name and email address - correct. If you like to be yelled at and dismissed while still having to pay, I suggest calling Friends Travel today.

very bad, horrible...we paid travel insurance for our travel. but when we cancelled our trip and produced all the related documents, they denied stating that the travel insurance listed on their website no longer with them. lost nearly 750 dollars, felt cheated. trying to go to small claims

Manish is extremely patient ans easy to work with..Rates are much cheaper than online quotes..I highly recommend using Friends Travel for all travelling needs.
