We told Peace Frog the things we wanted to do in Australia in 2014, and they set everything up, including our ride with a mail deliverer visiting cattle stations. About all we had to worry about was getting on and off various forms of transportation. Earlier, in 2009, they arranged a rather complicated set of air segments so we could visit Vietnam, Cambodia, and various Western European countries on the same trip. I never would have attempted that myself.

I called to ask for assistance booking a day trip to NYC. The girl who answered didnt know how to help me. I told her I wanted to book Amtrack to get there and then have a limo driver to take my party around the city. She didnt know what I was asking for. What is a driver she said? Then she said do you need airline tickets? I hung up in frustration. The website wont let you enter an inquiry either. Pathetic. I wont call them again.

The sales associate stopped me right before I could get in the store and asked me what was I looking for? I told her that I was not sure and that I would like to enter the store, she replied with " I thought that you may be interested in sales items!!! Disrespectful gestures
