Best Family Vacation Ever! I will never book thru any other Management Company again and we have tried others but none compare to Tide Life and Suzanne was so accommodating. We were able to stay at the gorgeous De Bourdeiu Colony and wow, what a treat! The wildlife was awesome, a small alligator, deer, all kinds of beautiful birds, and more. It reminded me of the Florida Keys. Yes, bring mosquito spray. The beaches were fabulous! There is a lot of rich history and Georgetown is just over the bridge. We will be back again and again and again...

Horrible rental experience. Incompetent staff with no ability to handle a significant customer issue such as false advertising. The property was not as described in the least. Minus several TVs and DVD players. The staff didnt even know the wording and limitations of their own rental agreement. Fortunately, we actually read it. The owner of the property even posts reviews of her own business on Yelp and google. Thats disingenuous to say the least. We will never rent from this company again.

Booked a (2) month stay (Feb-March) 2017 at Litchfield by the Sea thru Tidelife vacations . The condo in Heron Marsh is beautiful as described in the listing. Close to the beach (2-min.) walk , we also enjoy biking around the area in Litchfield . Central location for whatever you wish to do . Suzanne & Marie are very helpful & quick to address any concerns . Would recommend them to anyone . B. Alinard / Nova Scotia

The house was perfect for our family of fourteen. There were a few things that needed updating, such as the tiny oven and the availability of only ONE pool stick. Overall, the house was very comfortable.
