I decided to finally get my wedding reception dress cleaned after 2 years. I was skeptical about if any cleaner would be able to get the stains out, but the owner of Koretizing reassured me that she was the best at what she did and could get the stains out and she was certainly right! My dress was cleaned expertly and pressed and looked AMAZING and the price was very very reasonable. I dont write reviews but I just had to after I got my dress back and I promised the owner I would. To top it off, the owner was very kind and personable which doesnt always equate to great service but definitely does give customers an ease of mind. Customer service is important and I was very pleased with the service I received from a friendly face to my superbly cleaned dress! (side note....I shopped around and visited 4 other cleaners and none of them were as friendly and personable as this owner....customer service matters and is the difference between getting a customer or losing them)

I had my wedding dress cleaned here and am satisfied with the results - would certainly recommend. The dress had taken a beating, with mud all around the edges of the skirt, and it was also a fairly complex dress with lots of lace, many layers of fabric (most of them muddy), and embellishments. Koretizing got all the mud out, and the woman let me know about one stain (very small) that they hadnt been able to remove. I was impressed by her honesty and their customer service in general. Also, a friend of mine who does her dry cleaning through Koretizing dropped it off for me, and they gave me $50 off as a result of the referral! The price still ended up around $250 (including an optional preservation box), but that seems to be within the normal range for wedding dresses of this type.

I recently took a shirt in with a small chocolate stain. The guy at the counter marked it with a clip but would not listen to what the stain was. When I went to pick the shirt up, the stain was still there. The woman who cleaned my shirt said that I should have told them that there was a stain and what it was. I explained to her that I had done this. Then, she told me that chocolate stains are impossible to get out, which I know from past cleaning experience is not true. Then when I asked her what I should do immediately upon getting a stain, she said, "take it here," which is what I had done (I took the shirt to this cleaners the day it was stained). Very poor cleaning and customer service.

Last year around Easter I dropped off a pair of dress pants on a Wednesday. They told me to pick them up on Saturday the same time, early afternoon. I asked them if they were busy because of Easter and made small talk. I came back on Saturday and they were closed. They had posted that they closed early for Easter. They never told me they were closing early when I dropped off the pants nor did they have anything posted. I had to wear some khakis instead of my suit. They had the nerve to call me a year later and tell me they have my pants. I had left them their. Maybe they need them more than I or maybe they van go shove them.

Very rude. Lacks customer service skills. Was told that a rush order may not allow the stain remover to fully remove stains from the garments. Suggested that I run it through once and if the stains were not removed then it could be run again with the proper amount of time. Once I picked up the items I was told that only certain items would be cleaned again. I asked why and she said there would be no benefit to certain stains. Somewhere in the conversation she felt offended that I was asking questions and started to catch an attitude instead of clearly explaining and not taking it personal. DO NOT GO HERE!

Simply the best. My wife and I have been using this cleaner for almost 4 years. The service is friendly and personal. They learn everyones name quickly, call you by name when you enter the shop, and bend over backwards to deal with urgent requests. But even if none of that were true, we would surely come here for the product and process. Whatever this environmentally friendly solution that they use is, it is MUCH friendlier on expensive, designer fabrics than any other dry cleaning we have used. It gets them just as clean, but good clothes last a lot longer. I wish I could give 6 stars.

DO NOT GO HERE, PERIOD. brought a brooks bros suit here and picked it up in terrible condition. reeked like mildew and liner showed signs of water damage. when confronted, owner said "we naturally clean, we do a good job perhaps you dont like the smell". Im a grad student in the area whose not picky when it comes to dry cleaning- Im telling you beware- this place is garbage. while he was cordial, he offered me no solution other than throwing me 7 dollars for my trouble. hes just a few hundred short.

Ive been going here for a few years after having some bad experiences with drycleaners in the area who didnt want to treat more delicate items with beading and silk materials. They are very friendly, use organic chemicals, and flexible about when getting the clothes ready. I have no qualms about taking my most delicate items here and trust they will get the stains out and keep my garments beautiful. My only qualm is they are a bit over-priced. But I think they do the best job and are worth it.

A good friend of mine recommended Koretizing after I had complained about several other local cleaners. I couldnt be happier with the switch. They have been incredibly kind and courteous in their service and have been able to get everything spotless clean, including a white suit that happened to find its way into mud. They were even accommodating to my recent move and folded and boxed everything up so that it could be moved without wrinkling. Best dry cleaners in Durham.

Ive been going to Koretizing Cleaners for about three years now and I am extremely satisfied. The owners are kind and caring and they seem to know all of their regular customers by name. When I moved further away from the store, I refused to go anywhere else because of the exemplary service I receive every single time Im there. This is, by far, the best cleaners Ive been to.

I had a cleaning emergency-- was just passing through town and needed some sleeping bags cleaned right away (dont ask). They were able to get them done by the next day, were very nice about it as well. On top of that, knowing everything was environmentally friendly just made the experience all the better. Kudos.

Friendly but outrageous prices ($4 per dress shirt)!! They did a nice job on my shirts but they removed (and didnt return) any of my collar stays!! Advice: There are other dry cleaners in the area who do just as great of a job at half the price without the inconvenience of losing your collar stays.

I have been taking my clothes here for many years. I have always been pleased with the customer service of the owners and their employees. Furthermore, I love that everything I have ever taken here is cleaned properly, and the fabric has never shrunk or been compromised in any way.
