So I have been doing laundry here for about 2 years. This place has new owners now and I went in to do my laundry today. I had a small load of socks, 3-4 small towels, and a couple shirts. As Im putting it in the washer, the owner approached me saying that I was going to over load the washer. I told him I wasnt and that my washer wasnt even half full. He insisted I was and preceded to belittle me in front of his other customers. I asked him how much weight this washer held. He said 8 lbs. I told him hey lets go weigh it. Then he changed his tune. Said he really hoped Id use one of his bigger washers. I told him too late dont worry about it. Im going somewhere else and that he just lost a loyal customer. I told him no wonder hes losing customers and cant keep employees. Dont go here the owner is rude!

If you didnt pack enough or dont want to buy $5.99 Hoodies from Bargain Beachwear...then go here and bring your own supplies of detergent and fabric softener to save a little. Cold water 24 min wash is $4.50 for the large load and $3.25 24 min cold small washer...45lb Large dryers are $0.50 for 10 minutes...the smaller ones were not in service @ $0.25 for 5 min....you do the math...very clean....Britain owners....very nice, but touchy if you bang on the coin insert due to dust accumulation....so be warned...overall very clean place...and come to think of it...who actually comes to the beach to save money?... oh - dont worry about security...there are cameras everywhere...us the customers inside were all polite....ENJOY

We are in town for our sons basketball tournament and needed to wash his uniform and a few other things. Did NOT trust our resort laundry room and couldnt take a chance on damaging the uniform so my husband "googled" and found this place. AWESOME!! Clean and cool inside, machines in excellent working order, VERY nice atmosphere, and well-maintained. While I didnt need the attendants help, I observed her instruct and assist a grandfather/grandson duo with spot cleaning and machine usage. Very nicely done. Also, a gentleman (owner possibly?) Offered to carry my basket to my van -no need as thats what hubbys for right...but very nice of him to offer ! Yet another reason to loovvvee Myrtle Beach!!

Regarding the review by Tonya Watts. I was there at the time and observed and heard the whole episode. She did not have a small load. she had far too much for a small machine, and was asked, very courteously and calmly by the owner/attendant to please use a larger machine as her laundry would not wash properly in an overloaded machine. She immediately lost it and became ridiculously angry and said she would go elsewhere. At no time did the owner/attendant change his tune about the weight of her laundry. That is pure fiction. At no time did she say I told him no wonder hes losing customers and cant keep employees. She was obviously having a bad day, but that is no reason to be spiteful and tell lies.

I been coming to this laundry mat for the past three years when need be and today was the WORST experience I had. How do you hire someone thats not skilled/trained on the machines...How do you hire someone that doesnt no how to deal with all kinds of customers... If me as a customer and your employee smells my clothes after her suggesting to take them out and use another machine how do you ask me as a manager "If your not happy with the machines why do you use them" because of a problem with one washing machine twice in the less then a year of ownership??

One of the best laundromats I have ever been to! The owners are extremely helpful. They helped guide me to exactly which machine to use for what I had and helped me save $ in the process. The store is clean, bright, and easy to navigate inside. The machines were very efficient and I didnt spend more than an hour and ten minutes there with 4 loads of laundry. They also offer computers, wifi, a waiting area with vending machines, arcade games, and a tv. Top notch!!! I will be back.

OUR STAY WAYS REAL NICE WE HAD A GOOD TIME .THERE WAYS SOME PEOPLE THERE BUT NOT LIKE IT WAYS BACK IN THE DAYS GONE BY .LOSTS OF FAMIELYS AND SMALL KIDS .NOT MENNY PEOPLE WERE AT THE PARKS ARE ON THE DOWN TOWN LIKE IT WAYS BACK A FEW YEARS BACK.THEY LETRING IT GO MOST OF THE THINGS WE USED TO DO ARE NO LONGERPATR THERE .BUT WE STILL HAD FUN JUST NOT A LOT OF TIME YOU ALL SHOULD GO.AND MAKE A WEEK ARE TWO THERE AND JUST HAVE FUN...

This coin laundry is great. Always very clean. There are lots of machines of different sizes. They have computers available for customers to use and WiFi, so you can get some work done while you wait. They even have a play area for the kids! Great customer service, very helpful and attentive. Overall great coin laundry. Definitely go here if you need to do laundry while in Myrtle Beach.

We dont usually need a laundry mat but SO GLAD we found this one when we needed it!! The facility is imaculate, and staff is wonderful and very helpful!! They take care of their customers and thats what is so rare these days!! We were very pleased with the efficiency of both the washers and dryers. I highly recommend this laundry mat whenever you need one!

Was Really nice customer service. Clean. A lot to do while waiting for your laundry to be done. They have a pool table, two computers with WiFi. A couple electric games, tv, plenty of places to sit. In a great location. Plenty to do if you dont want to stay in the Landry mat while you have your laundry going.

Extremely rude employee was there when I went in. Was going to do a load of laundry here but he yelled at me that the quarter machines were for customers only. I had a load to do in my car, he assumed I only wanted his quarters. Made me feel like a thief.

I have used this place for the last year. It has been the best laundry mat that I have ever used. And now the new owners are even better than the old ones! I will continue to use this place and I recommend this place to anyone.

This is by far the best laundromat in the area. It is clean, safe, and there always seems to be someone on duty. There is an area in the front with a TV and computers which is a plus. New owners are very nice and helpful.

OMG, I havent been to this place since the new owners. I have been going here for a long time and this place is gone down hill. Very disrespectful staff and owners!! I wouldnt recommend this place for anyboy!!!
