I was experiencing some technical difficulties with one of the washers. The person on duty didnt bother to help me. So I asked him for my money back and he wouldnt give it to me. But he let someone else use the washer and helped them out. I will never come back here to do any business here. I feel that was wrong for what he did and not only to add he said he heard the washer and saw me having trouble.

Over half of the washers are broken, and ALL of the big ones are broken. I came here to wash my comforter, but could not.
