I cannot say enough about this gym, from the coaches to the members. I have wanted to do CF for some time but like a lot of others, had a preconceived notion that I needed to be fit in order to do it. I was scared and intimidated. The moment I walked into this gym on my very first day I felt welcome and at ease. The coaches are great but its the members that make the experience amazing. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I would recommend this gym to ANYONE - beginner or advanced athlete. It has something for everyone.

Most people are afraid of crossfit and it can be tough but the Trainers at GenXcrossfit work to make it possible for everyone. In no time I was doing the workouts and actually RXing them. I was lifting weight I never thought possible and I felt like I was part of community. Everyone is so supportive. I love it at GenXcrossfit. It changed my life.
