I would rate 0 stars for this facility of Guys place. Worst customer service I ever experienced. They dont know how to manage customers with appointments and without appointments. I reached there at 1PM for my sons haircut. Off course, I did not have a prior appointment. A lady at the counter said the next available appointment is at 1:40PM. I could see another lady, Marsha, writing down my sons name (Neil) for 1:40PM in the register. While I waited patiently at the front desk, I could see total chaos and mess up happening with the appointments. just in about 45 minutes, at the least 3-4 parties cancelled and left the shop without haircuts. I was confident of my turn though. At 1:50, Marsha, the same lady, tells me that she doesn’t have a slot until 2:30 PM. I peeped into the register and to my surprise my name was erased from that slot. I reminded her that she herself scheduled for 1:40. At first she agreed and then very rudely she tried to justify and challenged me to prove that the name was erased. I was told that she is the boss there, but her attitude and behavior was just unprofessional. Trust me, when all this was happening, there wasnt a single customer in the shop apart from me. She could have easily squeezed me in while waiting for the next appointments to come in. She didnt even care and totally insensitive to the fact that a child was waiting for more than an hour. Worst customer service I ever experienced :-(

I wish I had read the reviews before I went there, Louis picked up the phone when I called for an appointment, should have gone with first instinct talking to him and stayed away..... he was my barber when I arrived, something about his attitude again should have been a red flag.... First, I explained to him that the whole reason I came there was because I had just had some surgery and was not able to wash my hair in the shower... I specifically wanted the wash and shampoo, but needed a haircut while we were at it..... It had been close to a week since I had been able to wash my hair, and I admit was grungy..... I have never gone anywhere where (especially if my hair was dirty), they would cut it first then wash after...... but thats how it happened..... I had explained exactly what I wanted, he gave me a "flowbee" style haircut.... its ok and Ill survive it, but not what I wanted.... While he did trim my eyebrows, he never trimmed my neck, the shoulder massage seemed extremely begrudging", and when I went home, the next day my head was full of scabs..... So, yes Louis, I tipped you pretty good (30%.... just cause I always try to tip well) but it wont be happening again.... I probably wont be back....

I really hate to write reviews. It is such a pain. If you are reading this go ahead on to Lady Jane’s. I can’t even review the service at this place because after two attempts I never got in. Yesterday afternoon I walked in around 6 pm. I was told there were several “reservations” ahead of me and they could see me in an hour and a half. I have a shaved head and goatee. I just needed to goat trimmed up. I left. So I called this morning and they said what time would you like to come in? 12:30 as that way I can use my lunch time. First available is 1:40. Mkay sure. The receptionist mentioned a 5 min “grace period” and to please call if running late. So as I’m less than a mile away I’m stuck waiting on a freight train. As a courtesy I call and they say since I will be 5 mins late they can’t take me until 2:40! Seriously WTF? I call up Lady Jane’s and they say come on in. No waiting. All I did was sign in. Plus the bread trim was $4 compared to $6 at this place.

Overall, great experience here. I booked an appointment so I didnt have to wait for a stylist to open up. I was quickly seated and the stylist was very friendly and attentive to me. I was welcomed and felt comfortable the whole time I was here. Place is brand new and still looks it. I would definitely come back again to get a haircut here. I have nothing negative to say here. As for the other reviewers giving negative reviews, Im not sure what side of the bed these folks woke up on but Ive never had a bad experience here or the other locations by this company. Clearly if you dont book an appointment, youll probably have a bad time getting a spot especially if theyre booked. So do book ahead of time. Also if youre going to be late, well then thats on you. If they have to reschedule you because your stuck somewhere or some other godly acts intervenes, well than thats on you too.

Ive lived nearby for a while and I want to relay my experience with this place. I walked in one day and was told that they didnt do walk-ins, and that i would have to make an appointment. I thought that was strange since the website said they did walk-ins, and there didnt seem to be anyone else in there. I went to Great Clips, instead. A few months later, I made a last-minute appointment one day and had a good experience. The haircut was of equal quality as what I usually get at Great Clips but the shampoo and back massage were nice additions that swayed my decision to go here instead. Then today I called and nobody answered the phone. I waited 20 minutes and tried again; no answer. This was at 1PM on a Sunday, so I know they were open. Im going to stick with Great Clips due to the customer service.

This is "CONDITIONAL" rating based on this mornings unique experience with haircut accident/resurrection. I am regular customer since this salon was opened. Root cause is not the stylist based on past review(s), salon management should have made improvements to avoid recurrence. One of your (OWNER) responses say that you "hire the BEST stylists in the industry", but my suggestion is to remind you to start to "TRAIN" the hairstylist where gaps are found. Also start training & proudly claim that you have built BEST stylists than hiring the best. I hope you take this suggestion positively. I would like to see the same hairstylist after trained for the gaps during my next visit and make justification for my rating. Make this location GREAT AGAIN and God bless.

Took my two boys ( 11 and 8 years old) today for a haircut at the DAVIS DRIVE branch .It was a popular haircut these days --Ronaldo style ; crop in the middle and a razor line at the side .We are so glad to have found this place. Have had their hair ruined many times at sport clips and great cuts etc should had realized it wasnt their cup of tea. The haircutters were Marsha and Kristy. A hot towel on the face , shoulder massage and shampoo is complimentary all for $14.50 each. Thankyou to the people who wrote reviews here because thats what took me there. Note : you might find the same review on the other branch in Cary .I am new here and didnt pay attention to name of the streets .I have left my review there but indicated which branch I went to .

This place is amazing! Its a pleasure to get my hair cut here. 1000x better then any other place Ive been to. I always used to get my hair cut with April whos awesome and super friendly but shes gone for a couple months so last time I went I got my haircut with Erica who is also amazing! They do a great job with cutting hair and also great customer service. They actually care about their clients and take their time to ensure they do a good job. Some people on here are complaining that they can never get in because the place is too busy... I see that as a positive thing, no one wants a bad hair cut because their stylist was in a hurry. Thank you guys for being the best!!!
