We have been doing business with Gresham lake since about 2011 and at that time we met Donna which was since day one a very nice lady that know hows to run a successful business. We have rented trucks and storage rooms and never had any issues and the most recent experience has been renting a space for an oversize vehicle, we could not be happier with the way Mr Allen has handled our account. The place is always clean and the security that comes with the place makes me feel at ease leaving my vehicle there. Thank you Mr. Allen and keep up the good work and friendliness, you guys are the best around here!

Donna and Stephen are the dynamic duo at Storage Max! This storage facility is top notch. It is clean and well maintained. There is always someone to address concerns when something comes up which is hardly ever. I know the contents of my unit is safe and secure and when I need assistance with someone being there for deliveries, they always go out of their way to help. I cannot say enough about this particular location. I will never go anywhere else.

We have leased units from Gresham Lake Self Storage for the past 3-4 years. Donna is the best - very professional and customer-oriented. Even though there are self storage companies closer to our house, we would not think of renting a unit anywhere else. The price is reasonable, the premises are well-kept, and we feel secure leaving our belongings here. KAshe

Excellent facility I have used for half a dozen years. Clean, well managed, friendly and always available. Location is good with easy access to major roadways in North Raleigh. Security of the facility is better than most others I have visited or used. I would recommend this group to anyone interested.

Was moving today in 90+ heat. Guy pulls up in a golf cart with ice cold water for me and my buddy. Made my day. My girlfriend reported they were great to deal with and very responsive. Never thought Id write a review for a storage place, but they run a tight ship.
