I used North Charlottesville Self Storage for three years during my time at UVA. The employees were always extremely helpful. On multiple occasions, they came in after hours to help when I was locked out or needed assistance. Additionally, the facilities are clean and safe. Definitely recommend this place!

I have used them twice and no problems whatsoever both times. Online payments and auto bill pay is great and Autumn the manager is always pleasant & helpful! Clean facility, clean storages I couldnt ask for anything better!

Staff was very helpful with set up, and called me right back when I had a billing question. Price was competitive. Space was clean, dry and easily accessible by U-Haul truck.
