I started using the storage here in April and found the service lacking from the beginning. It took a further turn for the worse when several units, including mine, were broken into. They have been apathetic and disinterested in helping their customers pursue the thieves. The manager was taking an extraordinary amount of time to view the video footage. When the owner was contacted he was also disinterested in helping the investigation and said that he was busy with his business. I have removed my property from this unit and do not recommend anyone use it.

My parents had storage there and it was robbed at the same time many other people got robbed. We noticed that a lot of the units were open, and the people who were robbed didnt even realize it for a little while until we said something to management. The cameras were awful, and they never found out who stole everything. We moved out quickly.
