Sean M. Is great! I had one problem when I first started renting my unit there over 3 years ago. the young lady that took over handled that issue and I had been very happy with her and then sad to see her leave. The thought of having a new person take over actually worried me! Not the case at all!!! Sean is very courteous, keeps the property very clean (and that seems to be difficult at this property due to the way the wind moves around the units. I have seen trash fly over the fence after being cleaned personally), knows my name, and asks me about my day when he sees me!!! :) I really havent met a person this awesome in a long time. On the other side he seems to know how to handle every situation the correct way. (story) A customer came in and had a lot of questions. The new customer was very upset at first. (must have been having a bad day) There were 3 of us total in the the little office + Sean M., so to say it was tight is being nice. LOL Sean M. answered all the questions and offered us all a water. I think the water must have been magic! because the upset customer calmed down after a drink or two. Sean M. finished his paperwork, gave the man his change, welcomed him to the property, and explained where his unit was on the map. We "all" stood there smiling patiently and took our turns in order to handle the commerce we had to do with Sean M.. I know I could have made this shorter, but I want everyone to know that Sean M. is doing a great job for the company and the clients. Ill be keeping this unit as long as needed and referring this location out to anyone that needs a storage unit. Well done Sean M.... Well done.

I want to first start with Sean who always followed up with me when I had to keep changing my move in days. He was so patient and accommodating and kind. Then Marcus called the day before I was to come in the confirm my reservation again. I was a bit anxious about being sure that I would get the exact space I requested, he re-assured me all was well. Finally, when I got there Jonathan (aka...Johnny) was the manager on duty and was the cherry on top and processed everything with no hitches, no problems and always with a smile and courteous. I got everything they promised online and all I expected. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!! Wish every place I went to and expected, had excellent customer service like you. Will recommend your facility to everyone.

I absolutely recommend using this businesses. Shawn, the property manager was awesome, he patiently explained all of the ridiculous questions my girlfriend and I had. Half way throuhh the meeting the district manager came in- richard- and the two together made us laugh. With the warm greeting and great laughs, I feel very comfortable in leaving our personal belongings in their care.

We keep paying our bills on time every month, every month we get another threatening letter saying we are in default, every month the woman at the counter says she is going to take care of the problem, repeat steps 1-3 EVERY MONTH!!! Then they act like it is your fault. The second we can get our stuff out of there we are leaving and complaining to corporate. Do NOT rent from here!!!

Not saying I love this facility, I store at another facility in new jersey with public storage but April was amazing I really appreciate the time she took to follow through on getting my late fee waived and taking care of me when her Internet was down would definitely recommend her in the future great lady

Excellent Customer Service Shawn did an amazing job helping with paperwork and even tips on storage. Id recommend this Public Storage Location to anyone its by far amazing for its customer service quality alone and the units are very clean. Definitely will become a future customer! Great Job Shawn!

I had a wonderful move-in experience with Alexis. She was completely helping in helping me choose the correct unit. It was raining on my move-in day, and she was right out there helping us. She had no problem still performing her job duties and then some. She is what customer service is all about.

Alexis is great! I was moving from Roanoke and would be arriving to the unit right around the time they closed. She waited for me to get there and even gave me longer access to my unit so I could get everything in that night. Definitely recommend this location!
