I was in need of a storage unit after my divorce in 2014 for a place to store the tools I use for my business. I had looked around at a few different places but none really stood out from any of the others, I chose my Public Storage unit simple because I drove past it everyday on my way to work. Once I was in the unit however I noticed all the advantages, like the fact that they had units large enough that I could store all the tools I dont use everyday and still do work with the power they provide for the lighting. Also the supplies they have for sale have helped me in many ways that dont have anything to do with moving. The employee they have at my unit named Erica has been nothing but awesome to work with, shes friendly but not so over the top that you feel like shes pandering to you and she gives me a call when my bill is do knowing how hectic my schedule can be so its not late. She has also helped make me have access to my unit 24 hours a day which really helps me as I dont always get there before it closes. So for a storage unit I only choose because it was the easiest to get to end up being on of the best decisions I could have made. Thanks Erica for all the help and thanks Public Storage.

I just moved from Washington, DC to Warrenton, VA on a pretty stressful move, first time having to rent a storage space and I was pleased to have Sherry as my agent. She was at the desk bright and early, very friendly and helpful, empathetic of the short time I had to move into the storage space and I also appreciated her way of clearly explaining the process. I look forward to working with Sherry and although I will be paying my monthly fees online Ill be sure to check in with her once and awhile. Thank you so much for making this process stress free!

Wow..the office smells like someone smokes a carton of cigarettes a day in it. Prices are way to high and a $20 late fee for one day late!? No prorating if you need to close storage after the beginning of the month as well..you will pay for a full month anyways. Worst experience I have ever had with any of the local storages! I will be taking my business to Ellis Storage off of balls ford Rd from now on, prices are about half of this establishment and the manager Jerry takes good care of his customers!!!

Recently went to this public storage location to get some information on renting a unit. My partner and I run a mentor program and often get different items donated and we are running out of space in our homes to store everything. We went to this PS on a whim and were lucky enough to have Cora help us and answered all of our questions. It is very rare to come across people with such a warm disposition anymore these days. We were very happy we stopped here. Cora was a gem. We will be back for sure!

My own personal attendant! This is how I feel about Sherry Gregory. Sherry watches over my stored items, the safety of the exterior of my unit, and my money! She is always comfortable calling me if a question arises. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and I know no other service I subscribe to where someone will notify me of an issue before it becomes a fee-bearing problem. I certainly hope she never leaves as my satisfaction with this location is dependent on her! Thanks Sherry!

Ive had a 1961 Porsche coupe and some parts stored at this facility since late November and have been very pleased with the service and support I have received. The storage unit was clean and in an appropriate part of the installation that provides the access needed for loading the car onto an auto transport truck. I have dealt with Cora and Erica, both are friendly, courteous and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this Public Storage facility highly.

Hello, I needed a storage for this summer vacation so I just went here and got an smallest storage. This place looked really nice and safe. Especially, the staff Sherry was really friendly. I am not native speaker so sometimes I dont understand difficult words but she explain easily and clearly. It was rain and she lent me an umbrella. She was really nice. I really recommend this place. Friendly staff, safe place. Thank you sherry.

This is the place, very helpful staff. I went there not knowing what I needed to pack my 20 by 30 garage, Sherry was so helpful, she helped me get just the right amount of boxes and supplies. Thank you so much!!! 06/21/14 - Stopped by here today again and picked up a roll of packing paper. Sherry was there and was helpful and as friendly as the last time.

Nothing against this Public Storage but I would recommend avoiding the company. Got a unit originally for $99 per month. After 6 months, the raised the rent to $114. Thats a 15% increased in half a year. Outrageous to have a 30% annual increase. I called the main customer service number and offered them to reconsider before I wrote this. They declined.

This storage location is highly recommendable for having a staff like Shawn who is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their storage sizes, rates and any discounts that are available. He helps his customers by giving them some ideas that will help them decide which is more convenient and what can be more cost savings to the customer.

The place is open and easy to get your car to. Drive up is very helpful. Had issues with lights working and not working but the service is very goid. One of the people Shawn is awesome Hes very helpfull and goes up and beyond to be of service makes everything more enjoyable and easier. Thanks shawn !!!

Obtaining my new storage unit with Public Storage in Gainesville was easy and very affordable. Sherry helped me pick a unit that was suitable for my needs and has since checked back with me to ensure my move in was going smoothly. I highly recommend Public Storage if you need some extra space!!!

I went in to buy some boxes and boxing tape with a screaming baby in one arm and my purse in the other..the lady at the counter helped me get all the stuff I needed and even carried it to the car and loaded it up for me. I truly appreciated the help and the patience the lady showed me.
