So far, I have had my unit for roughly one year. I have been to the gate about 10 times. Of those ten visits Ive been able to get through the gate 6 times. I put in my access code (correctly) and nothing happens. I call the manager and Im told that they have no idea why. They can see that I input in, and correctly, but no entry. This is not an exaggeration. I cant be the only person having these issues. The unit is clean. I have no complaints regarding the premises. But, all of that is moot when you have a truckload of items that you cant put in the nice clean, well maintained unit IF YOU CANT ACCESS THE GATE!!

They didnt have the size unit I needed, so the manager reduced the price on two smaller units to equal the larger unit and I got more space. My units keep the weather out and are rodent free - big pluses.
