These people bend over backwards to provide service to their clients. I could also drop off my old PCs and monitors for a fee lower than the local dump (instead of putting them also in my storage unit, probably forever), drop off my paper that they then would give to the shredder But what amazed me the most were the weird times that they were willing to show up for me: 24/7 does indeed include 3am...

I had to find a storage unit to rent on a Sunday afternoon. I chose Storage Solutions because of their 24/7 rental kiosk. The rental process was easy and painless. I moved in that day and have since been very impressed with their excellent customer service, clean facility, and facilities manager. I will highly recommend Storage Solutions to friends and family.

Worst company ever. My fiancé and I are homeless all of our belongings were at one of their locations. They tacked on every possible fee they could for being a week late on our payment. They charged us $50 to terminate our agreement without even notifying us first. Receptionist was rude, and impossible to work with.

Convenient storage facilities in climate controlled conditions. Shredding, shipping, you name it they can probably do it.
