It was a pleasure to do business with Norma at the Public storage Facility to store my trailer. Norma was very professional, polite, and she was also very knowledgeable of what was offered at the facility and I am actually considering renting a unit as well now. She explained everything in full detail amd also gave me contact info in case I thought of any questions later. She made my rental experience very easy and did not rush me through the process. Honestly, she made me feel like Ive known her for ten years. I would recommend this property to any and everyone looking for a space or unit to rent.

What a pleasure finding all the supplies I needed for my recent move. Norma, the woman that helped me, made renting so easy. She walked me through all the options and helped me make the right choice for my personal belongings. She was so friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The facility is very well kept. Always neat, clean and welcoming. All the supplies you ever need are available too. Boxes, tape , locks, you name it, they have it. I highly recommend this Public Storage to everyone. From the very beginning, Norma has done an outstanding job for me. Her willingness to help in every instance and everything was done right the first time. The property manager, Norma, is always a very pleasant person and does not have any trouble assisting with any of the needs of mine or other customers. I had a really positive experience at this facility. I especially loved Norma, who really took care of business!!!!!!!!!! So rare to find people in this day and age who are professional and proactive and serious about the way they conduct themselves at work. Moving is so very stressful. TODAY WE VISTED MR MIKALE WHO WORKS IN PUBLIC STORAGE AND HE MAKE US TO BELIEVES THAT PEOPLES ARE GOOD IN THE WORLD.HE IS VERY COOPERATIVE AND KIND WITH HIS CUSTOMERS.HE HANDLED THE SITUATION FOR OUR NEEDS VERY GENTLY AND MAKES US TO LEAVE UHAUL STORAGE WHERE WE BEEN WITH THEM LAST 2 YEARS. WE USED TO PAY THERE ONLY 125 FOR SAME STORAGE AND HERE WE PAID MORE MONEY BUT STILL WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO FIND WIRTE PERSON AND GOOD STORAGE .HE IS THE ONE WHO BELIEVES TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE.WE ARE THANKFUL TO HIM.

From the time we called the store to get information on a storage unit til we finished unloading our truck, the customer service was quite pleasant. Norma helped us find the place when our GPS had us lost, she offered us a discount as well as a bottle of water seeing as though it was beyond hot outside. I didnt think the drive from Durham would be worth it but boy was I wrong ! For customer service like I received, I will travel back to this location anytime ! Thanks again Ms Norma !

Only minutes after making my online reservation I received a call from Devonia. She was very polite, energetic , and most of all helpful. She was very informative and gave me lots of options for my moving needs. She scheduled my move-in time and date so that I would have plenty of time and not have to rush after-work. Yesterday was my second time going with this Public Storage location and I could not be more pleased with every aspect of the experience. Norma called me the morning of my reservation to confirm and reassure that my storage unit was ready and in place. Upon arrival she greeted us with a warm smile and was extremely knowledgable and helpful with everything from explaining insurance options to showing us our unit. I will continue to come here for all of my self storage needs.

She is exceptional..provided great informative ideas...thoroughly explained all via the phone..I was coming from South Carolina...I found the right size then I found my moving truck was larger than space I rented...no problem for Norma, she quickly changed my reserved space to a larger one. She is a wonderful lady., always a pleasure to see and work with...just ordered my second unit from her today!

I recommend this Public Storage business in Wake Forest. I spoke with Norma to get a quotation. And when I was ready to sign a lease, she told me that she would wait for me (which it was very close to closing time). When I arrived she was very pleasant to speak with and was patient while I asked several questions. The business is convenient off of Capital Blvd, the rates are low and very competitive! You should ask for a quote, you wont be disappointed.

The property manager there, Norma Hammond was so helpful there and assisted with the purchase of all of the supplies that were necessary to do the job. This is a wonderful place to rent. The customer service is superb! Norma was very kind, eager & very much available to assist me with my urgent needs for a storage unit. This storage facility was one of the best places I have rented at. The location is clean and well kept, but Carla was the one that sealed the deal for me. She was very professional while also making her work fun, Carla made sure we had the right storage for our needs. Ive been renting from this location for a few years now and I must say, Ill be sorry to have to be emptying my storage bin. I wont miss the hording tendency but I WILL miss the wonderful, helpful, property attendant, Norma. I could pay my rental online but I have always payed at the location because I know my day will be better if Normas working. Great asset to Public Storage!!!
