Dan & Elizabeth were very friendly and informative. They showed me 2 units and answered all of my questions. Elizabeth is training and I can tell she will be a great asset to Uncle Bobs. The unit was very clean, dry and secure. My visit there was professional and actually exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to my own family and anyone else looking to rent a storage unit where you will be placing your important possessions. Both Dan and Elizabeth are great ambassadors for Uncle Bobs storage and I will use them anytime I need to store something in the future.

Ive used a number of other Storage facilities over the years in West Seneca. A friend recommended Uncle Bobs, Dan the Mgr made it clear why the recommendation was TRUE. I wasnt sure how much space I was going to need so i took a large unit at first, Ive downsized a couple times to $Ave $$$. Dan continues to go out of his way to be helpful, I strongly recommend this Storage facility...

Liz at this store is great! I had a reservation and there were a few people at the store. She was so polite to everyone and very professional. She efficiently took care of everyone with a smile on her face. If you want a place that will treat you right and answer all your questions, this is the place to go.

The Manager Dan Schultz and Associate Manager Elizabeth Kane, could not have been more helpful! They made everything so easy and stress free. The facility at 300 Langer Rd is very clean, well kept and has easy access and large driving areas to maneuver larger vehicles. My experience was 5 star!

Amazing service! This review comes late, but Im absolutely thrilled with the service given there. Elizabeth (I believe her name was) was so helpful and so kind! I felt confident that my items would be safely stored over the summer and would not have done it any differently!

all my stuff was damaged after the snow melted last year cause the roof was leeking at the seams and they just charge more money when i move my stuff out of there will never rent there again
