We highly recommend this place. After a very stressful move from New York to North Carolina and an incredibly long and painful car ride, we were worried that we wouldnt make it to the storage unit in time for closing. Rather than simply closing the store and letting us fend for ourselves, Dee, the customer rep, offered to stay behind after hours and wait for us so that we could get our key and move our stuff into the unit rather than bring it all back to the hotel with us. She was very professional - had our paperwork ready for us upon arrival, arranged for 24 hour access to the unit, and even made sure to go through all of the terms in a quick and expeditious manner. Thanks Dee for all your help - Youre a great asset to this public storage company!

As a recent transplant to the RTP area in North Carolina I have been faced with a great deal of stress in getting settled. One area that I am incredibly pleased that I have not had any difficulty, and in fact have had great pleasure, is in dealing with storing my belongings at Public Storage. I have had the greatest experience with some very friendly people. The property manager here, Dee, as well as Jarrett, have been so welcoming and informative. The day I arrived I was met with smiling faces and pleasant attitudes and that is so important during times of strife. Dealing with good people who understand those situations is such a relief. All I have to say is kudos to these two great employees for the care and enthusiasm they offer in their jobs.

Not helptul! The woman here was down right nasty to me. She was too busy flirting with the UPS guy and stated that it was her lunch time. Then she ignored me. I was trying to get some information so I called the 800 number. While I was on the phone with Public Storage, she yells at me and says that I need to leave so that she can have her lunchtime. She did not care that I was on my lunchtime. I checked online before going to this location and it did not state that this location was closed during the day as I checked before I left. Very unhelpful, unprofessional, and I will never return to this location. I have been to many other locations and recommend public storage but not this one!!! What a horrible person to yell at me for no reason!?!?!

I am relocating to the Cary-Morrisville area from Northern Virginia, near Washington, D.C., and found this location on the Internet. When I called for more information after making an online reservation, Dee was very helpful in giving me further directions to the facility. Once I arrived she thoroughly reviewed the forms and and procedures for using the space I have rented. I had not realized that I could upgrade to a larger unit, should the need arise, and I found it to be clean and ready to begin storing some of my boxes. In fact, she escorted me to the unit and made sure that I was able to operate the door and lock, It was a pleasure to work with someone who obviously understands the value of giving good service.

we rented a 10x20 storage facility at Morrisville location and we are highly pleased with Dee for handling our move so smoothly and professionally. She is very polite and accommodating and went above and beyond to make the move easy. She has excellent knowledge of the product line and respects the customer requirements within company guide lines. We are so pleased with her services and the facility that we would recommend her and the facility to all our friends and relatives. If needed in the future we would definitely come back. I have been renting at this location for almost the last 2 years. This facility is always clean and well lit. I store lots of restaurant equipment, so I am there frequently and Dee and her team are always friendly and helpful. I have been to other competitors in the past where you never see the manager or crew out of the office. Dee and Jared are usually making rounds on the property to make sure everything is maintained properly and free of debris. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe and friendly place to store anything.

I contacted this facility the day before I needed the storage unit. My daughter was moving back from college and needed some space for a few months. They were quick to call me and set up my appointment time to rent the unit. Dee explained everything thoroughly, and she was very professional. She showed me the unit, and it is the perfect size. Dee is a very honest and kind person. Its good to see that company reps really care about their customers, and treat them with kindness and respect. Keep up the good work Dee!

Jarrett was wonderful!!! He got me a really great price and the best part was they were open on Sundays!!! Id moved most of my belongings out of my apartment to my other storage unit. My storage unit was packed and I realized [too late I might add] that I needed another storage unit. The following day was a Sunday and I was turning my keys in that day. With no one else open, I tried the Public Storage next door to where I was staying...YES!!!! OPEN!!! The rest is history!!! Im very happy!!!

Kimberly is truly wonderful!! She is one of the main reasons that I would recommend Public Storage. She takes her time to explain All the information and makes sure its truly understood. Shes super patient and kind and you can tell its genuine. We have used this Morrisville storage facility on two different occasions in the past and are currently renting another unit for the third time. Each time the facility manager, Dee, provided our family with wonderful customer service. She is very knowledgeable and her suggestions were very practical. Overall, Dee’s professionalism and punctuality made our experience with PS easy in the midst of our busy schedule. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!

I set up the reservation over the phone and then I went to the location to view the property and the specific storage unit I would be getting. LeAnn was very helpful, professional, had a good attitude, fun personality and genuinely sweet. So far so good, no complaints. I have rented storage units from Public Storage over the last 10+ years in several different states and have had great experiences. Check out the location and see what you think.

Soon after I booked online, Grace was on the phone following up with my reservation to offer any assistance or answer any questions I had and helped me setup an appointment for my move in day. She was very welcoming when we checked in with her and took great care to show the unit, explain and walk us through the move in process. Grace was very professional and knowledgeable, she made us comfortable and offered useful tips. Shes a great asset!!

I reserved a 5 x 10 unit online. Within 5 minutes I received a call asking me what time I would be arriving. This was to make sure that the person working was not on their lunch break when I arrived. When I showed up Dee was there to greet me and walk me through the process. She was extremely friendly. After the paperwork was complete, Dee walked with me outside to show me how the gate worked and then showed me to my unit.
