These people are a bunch of idiots I owed some money on our storageunit and got high cause noone relayed a message tothe district manager soi could take care of some issues I was having so the billgot real high now theycut are lock off and said we gotta buya new lock instead ofcutting the lock off they could have double locked itiinstead they dont have brains up their pretty soon ill go back touncle Bobs yeattheir more exspensive but their more respectful and they know what their doing

Their rates are better than Uncle Bobs, BUT if you ever decide to empty the unit mid-month, they do NOT give refunds. I was mistakenly told that they do, so when I was almost done loading my vehicle, the manager/owner comes out & tells me there are no refunds (full or partial).

This storage facility fit the bill for me. It was easy to get to, clean and easy to pay for online. The only negative is that they need to replace their keypads because the numbers have worn off, but if you know the layout of a standard keypad you know where to push.

This facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure. The staff walks the aisles regularly. Very convenient being near Rt 290 as well. Even in snowy Buffalo, the aisles are clear of ice and snow. I highly recommend it.

Nice location..close to thruway. Good overall staff..Clean.. Decent pricing on items and storage units.. Just need to fix security key pads on certain buildings there. And add more security cameras or fix some of them..
