Would not recommend this location to anyone. Reserve a space over the phone credit card only to find out that the quote that was given me was wrong & I had to paid twice the price for the same space. Out of desperation, I reluctantly paid it taking an addition 15 minutes just to do the paperwork. The unit was dark & when I asked wheres the light, she immediately walked away and said "theres no light", it was a dark cubby hole with wooden door, no security camera. Thank goodness the items I had was furniture to be repaired so I didnt mind it getting dirty. For the same price I had just rented a space at Life Storage 20 minutes for my recently finished furniture. The room was 10 tall, not 5; space was lighted, hall was clean, Unit had steel doors & sides. I will never use U Haul again for storage. 30 days & Im relocating my stuff.

I had a truck reserved at 11 AM, already paid for the movers and everything taken care of. I come to the location, and learn that the servers are down. The Store Manager comes out of the locked doors, and says they are closed, cant issue trucks until the servers are back up. When asked if there will be a compensation for their fault, the answer we get is that the "Upper Management" in AZ will decide that. What exactly am I supposed to do then? Horrible Customer Service. The manager is not at all helpful.

Omg I went to uhaul to get a rental ...while there I came upon a old balance the assistant manger helped me even tho he was unable to resolve the matter he was still customer friendly...two hours later I realized I left my wallet at the location I was so worried but come to find out that Same assistant manger secured my wallet Im so greatful for a great staff....also A rep by the name of Hazel was very helpful once I returned to pick up my wallet....this location staff rocks

Every since Bill the manger left the location some of this people have the funkys unprofessional attitude and they dont know how to talk to people over the phone they cut you after while your still talking just so they can tell you nothing you asked for.. just wow ...

were not open by 8, took them 20 mins to setup. then they didnt even have the truck ready. left an hour after i arrived even though all my quick checkout paperwork was ready.

Lack of organization. Youre happy to walk out of there if you get the bare basics of what you asked for in the shortest amount of time.

Service was exceptionally well and wait time was super short. Had vehicle that was needed with no problems. Plan to use again soon.
