Ive been renting space at CubeSmart for over 3 years, and I must say that the customer service is amazing. Gloria has been a gem from day one, always willing to help whenever she can. She is always bending over backwards to make sure your needs are met. She goes well beyond what one would expect of a great employee. Since Aisha has taken over as General Manager the place looks better, runs so much more efficiently than it had. She is always respectful, has a smile for her customers and and works hard to make sure your needs are met to the best of her ability. What a great team. If you need to rent a storage unit or a parking space, I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. I"m leaving a five star review only because it wont let me leave six stars. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

I looked at several storage units, and chose Cube Smart because of the customer service I received from Gloria and Aisha. To me, a storage unit is just 4 walls and a locked gate. They are all the same. However, Gloria and Aisha had such positive attitudes, were so helpful and friendly, that I knew I could count on them if I ever needed any kind of assistance. The other storage places were fine, but I felt that to them, I was just another customer. Gloria and Aisha made me feel like they really cared about me being completely satisfied with my experience at their facility. I will use Cube Smart whenever I need storage space, because of their exceptional customer service.

Was helping someone move and ended up there after hours. No security or staff came to say that they lock you in. Emergency lockout code didnt work, and the emergency contact couldnt be reached. It took 2.5 hours to get a code to get out, and the phone rep was snarky: "You can just leave the truck and walk out the door if you dont want to wait." I was helping a woman who is partially disabled and couldnt just leave. You guys lose any potential business from me or anyone I know.

After checking out a few places to store our belongings while w search for a new home, we decided in Cube Smart on Chatham in Cary. Aisha was pleasant on the phone and very helpful, answering all my questions. She and Gloria helped on our visits to select a space and to start storing. The price was better than other places. The fact that they give you a truck for the hours and fifty mile radius for only$10 plus gas, helped us decided as well. We recommend this CubeSmart.

Husband and I were relocating to Raleigh from Texas, reserved a storage space at CubeSmart online with ease! Ran into some delays in our cross country drive, called and spoke with Gloria who agreed to come in early AND on her day off to meet us and our truck she even took the time to show us different units as the one we initially chose would have been too small. Cant say enough wonderful things about her and the professional manner in which we were treated.

i do my homework, and they have the best customer service and the best prices in the area for storage. Gloria was very accommodating in answering any questions during our search, and Ken was very helpful in showing us the unit and helping us to feel comfortable in choosing a place to store our things. The unit was very clean, well lit and had easy access. The grounds are also clean, well lit, secure and safe. Were confident and very happy with our decision.

The process to rent a space at CubeSmart was very easy. We called and was quoted a good price for the size unit we needed. The next day we went to the facility to look at the unit. The customer service that was provided by Gloria Hall was outstanding. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful during the reservation process. The light didnt work in the storage cube and it was so dark my ride didnt was so scared and I needed her to go back and lock the cub so that inconvenience me from doing all I had to do because Im in a emergency state right now. It was so dark by the TS she was rushing me so all my things are not in the cub but other than that it was clean Im guessing due not being able to see but Im really glad youre they to help.

I rented 2 storage units at Cary ,NC location for a few months. Manager and staff were always nice, courteous and helpful. The storage facilities always looked clean and maintained. The facility had good safety measures and on-site management. They even have rental trucks for moving. It was my first time renting a storage facility, and it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend it to friends!

Excellent service! The staff (ladies you know who you are) were absolutely awesome, helpful, personable, friendly, knowlegable, you name it, theyre it! The storage rooms were clean, I had 2. The free truck rental was so helpful when we first moved our stuff in and the first month free was an extra bonus. Cube Smart is competitively priced with others in the area. The timers of operation are more than decent, and Aisha and Gloria make it easy. Dont bother looking elsewhere . . . You wont find better!

Wow, we only need storage for a few months but am almost tempted to find a smaller unit indefinitely here... Gloria at the front desk is really good to work with, I feel like a person not a $ sign. The unit is clean, unlike some of the other areas units we checked out first. Great deal, great location, easy in easy out.
