My home sale had just fallen through. I had called several places and gone to see a couple facilities in the triangle area. I just could not commit to their unprofessional personnel --nor the impressions I got from their whole operation. That all changed, though, when Jordan answered the phone for Security Storage facilities in Raleigh. He was a refreshing "can do" (sharp) and engaging young man. He made renting self-storage and a big moving truck seem like a walk in the park. I think he picked up on just how tired I was when I called him. In fact, when I arrived, Jordan was already securing the moving truck exactly to my specifications for the following days move. All in all, this exceptionally fast and easy service made today (finally) a very good day. Thanks for exceeding my expectations!

I stopped by the location on Beryl Rd today to purchase some boxes and other moving supplies like tape and bubble wrap. Let me tell you, the experience was outstanding!!!! Jordan helped me at the counter, he was extremely knowledgeable about packing supplies and was able to answer all of my questions. I very rarely write reviews. However, Jordan made my box buying experience enjoyable. He was extremely funny, and he was even mulitasking, renting a rental truck while helping me. I dont know how he does but he is the pinnacle of customer service. Everyone left with a smile on their face and it was refreshing. Truly a rare sight in todays times. Kudos to you Security Self Storage.

I started with these guys about a year ago and have had a wonderful experience so have stayed with them which has never happened in my experience with storage facilities. And when my son needed some storage, brought him straight over where they took care of him with 5 star service.They are always pleasant and very helpful. The units are clean and well tended. Usually within a year I have had to move due to poor air conditioning or the units were getting dirty or the rent was really skyrocketing but that is not the case here. Great communication and customer service from everyone! Thank you!

Rental process was great from start to finish. Phone call to process reservation was friendly and professional with Jordan. The reservation was processed quickly and all questions answered. On move in day, paperwork was simple and quick to complete. Rental price included a new lock. Storage unit was very clean and just as described. Perfect location and facility to store daughters dorm items from Meredith College until apartment lease begins. Would highly recommend for college students/parents and families. Made the process so much easier than year before.

Highly recommended. Nice, very clean facility with easy access. Hand trucks available for free use on-site as well as a small store in case you forget your packing tape at home (did that once). The folks that manage it are absolutely fantastic, and try to make sure you are happy with everything. Bonus: climate control! Close to USPS and UPS stores, for those that are shipping out goods... so its great as a "warehouse" as well: even has a full loading dock so you can get truck deliveries.

I needed a place to store a newly purchased camper and they were quite helpful in getting me a spot quickly. The site appeared clean and very secure. Parking was a little challenging in the provided spot, but still spacious. Another storage facility much closer to my house became available only two days after moving in and I asked to move out. Due to the short duration of my stay, they were very accommodating and extremely flexible with the charges!!! :) Kudos to the customer service!

Excellent customer service and facility. Staff was always professional, helpful and friendly. Storage units are clean, climate controlled and very convenient to get in and out of. I always felt safe getting to my locker, even late at night. I stored a good amount of furniture and other items here when I first moved to the area while looking for a house (about 6 months). I would wholeheartedly recommend Security Self Storage to anyone looking for a safe, clean place to store there things.

My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving and needed somewhere clean and safe to store our belongings while we transition from one home to another. I have used other local storage places in the past, but Self Storage on Beryl Road in Raleigh is the best by far. The property is secure and well-lit, and the units are spacious and clean. The setup process couldnt have been easier, and the staff was wonderful. I highly recommend Self Storage in Raleigh - we are very happy with them!

My daughter is an out of state student at NCSU and we were looking for a reasonable rental price and location to store items she would not need until next fall. We found both at Secure Storage. It was literally 5 minutes from UT, well lit, and very clean. The rental process was simple and the staff was very helpful. They even loaned us hand trucks for the day! Secure Storage made what could have been a stressful weekend much easier!

I received a web special of one month free! Great service, really nice facility (feels brand new), and my unit was clean and easy to access. There is a loading dock and automatic doors to make it easy for my family to move items in and out of the building. Everything felt very secure, and they even gave me a free lock for my unit that is a security disc lock! This was a great experience, thank you Security Self Storage.

Id visited a few storage facilities in the NCSU area and was sick of getting the run around and BS from unscrupulous managers. So meeting Jordan at Security Self Storage and getting a great deal (first month free) and no hard sell was a delight! The facility is the best Ive seen - very secure, clean, and easy to access - plus the staff are great. No way Id rent anywhere else after finding Security.

I love Security Self Storage. I have been with them for almost 3 years. Its an indoor storage thats temperature controlled and clean. They are near both I-440 and I-40 which makes it very convenient for me when Im on the run and need to drop something off and hit the highway. They are also near NC State, Merrideth College, State Fair Grounds and PNC Arena.

Ive used several storage companies in the last six years, but this was by far the best. Though it was a very short span of time, Alexa was wonderful to work with and the unit was very clean and easy to access. I never felt uneasy about leaving my (or my roommates) belongings in the care of these guys. Thank you for a painless experience! Will be back!

This place just opened up down the street from my apartment which is great because the other storage place on beryl was full. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I got a climate controlled storage unit with the first month free and a Penske truck. The place looks really new and clean which is a plus for me. All in all a great experience.

I love that they offered a storage smaller than 25sqft. This was my priority, as I dont have a lot I needed to store. Esther made the process so easy, everything about renting here is hassle and stress free. I feel secure and safe with my things at this location.
