Shopped around for a safe self-storage location convenient to I-440 and Northwest Raleigh, this location was the least expensive and most full-featured from listings online and those I called for quotes. I received a tour from the manager then returned to book a few weeks later - the unit I received was clean with a light and electrical access. The facility is accessible 24-hours and has an office that can accept deliveries to the unit with written authorization. Many of their users seem to be local business owners as well as folks affiliated with the fairgrounds and university. Some bands lease out space to practice in the evenings, which can be loud, but this I was warned about before leasing and I find it comforting that there are locals around (including the manager which lives on-property) to identify anything suspicious - to me its a plus. They also have decent special rates and ongoing discounts. I feel comfortable doing business with them.

Do not store anything here. Not only did they breach my contract after which the first manager was fired, but they wont pro-rate so make sure you pick up your stuff on time if you do. Also they rent units to bands, which theyshouldntt do especially since trying to unpack a storage unit wih blaring music is particularlly frustrating. However, a quick call to Raleigh pd did handle that issue. Finally, this is the most expensive storage unit in town. I implore you to do some research and save yourself time and trouble.

Rented here for two months with no problem. I dont know how the price compares to other storage places, as I didnt really shop around because I chose this place for the location, which was very convenient for me, but I paid about $100 for 2 months for a 5x10, with special for first month free, after fees, etc., which was fine with me. I really like how they do month-to-month leasing. I moved out a few days before my rent was due and then just called to cancel.
