I WOULD NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS UHAUL PLACE... I booked a 10 moving truck to move across country. I booked it a month in advance to make sure I get it. The person at the store told me that they would contact me around 6pm the day before to tell me the exact pick up time. When I called a few days before the day I was supposed to rent a trunk, they told me that their is no trunk in the 80 mile radius, and that only way I can get a truck is to drive out to VA (1.5h drive) to get a 14 truck. If I had not called a few days early, my move had been a disaster. They clearly do not understand what "reservation" means. When I talked to my friends about this, the same thing had happened to a few of them. They recommended Penske as a reliable alternative.

The storage unit was absolutely tiny. It says split level so I assumed it to be bigger however DONT BE FOOLED. Great if you have a couple of storage bins however if you are looking for a place to hold your belongings in between a move ( with about 2+ rooms worth of stuff) DONT DO IT. I got the unit the 30th of June, attempted to move our things the 4th of July, and called to tell them it was too small and I cant use it on the 5th and they said they dont prorate and they were still charging me for the month. Very upset with the customer service I receive and I dont recommend them at all! I would suggest touring the unit first, wish I wasnt pressed for time or I would have done so prior. Lesson learned.

I made a specific reservation at a specific location that was five minutes from my house for a two hour project on a specific date and time. I expected to have the equipment available to me as requested. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation had been to moved to a location 40 minutes further away--meaning that U-Haul expected me to add 2 and half hours to my day and the added gas expense for their convenience. Their were five locations closer and more convenient. I was told that I wasnt eligible for their $50 guarantee that the right equipment will be available at the right time because they gave me a "reasonable" alternative.

The manager, Robert, is very friendly and this friendliness is reflected in the rest of the staff. You will hear excuses if there is a mixup, delay or problem- of which I experienced many... although they were relatively minor. They do the best they can with the volume, but desperately need to add staff. Maybe one or two more quality customer service individuals. There is a constant stream of customers and not enough UHaul staff to juggle them all. Robert is the type of guy who is truly a pleasure to do business with, and despite the delays, has earned my repeat business at this location.

We waited for over an hour in line to get our truck. When we finally got to the front of the line, we were told that our reservation had been inexplicably changed from a week to 24 hours. The man helping us said he couldnt find anything for the amount of time we needed, although thankfully he eventually found a smaller truck that worked. Im only giving more than one star because the employee we talked with was helpful, and the reservation issue wasnt his fault. He seemed very tired, though. I think the working conditions could be vastly improved at this location.

I rented a Uhaul Ubox from this location. After paying for it up front and requesting that it be shipped immediately on June 4 with a 12-day estimated shipping time "from the time you request the box to be shipped," this location apparently held on to my box without shipping it until I received an email indicating they had finally gotten around to shipping it on June 21st. They didnt bother shipping it until after it was supposed to have arrived! And I still had to wait the transit time for my box to be shipped across the country.

We rent from this store frequently and never have a problem. They always recommend different items to us and 2 of the guys even came to help us move once BC im in a wheelchair and they knew we couldnt do it all ourselves. Great customer service and fast and reliable. They also just got some new vans, rented us one with 800 miles on it and we loved it. I would give 10 stars if I could!

The store manager, stephany, at this store was very rude. She made me want to never work with uhaul ever again. The store messed up my appointment and stephany tried to blame me for the issue. However the young gentlemen who ultimately helped me in the end was a delight so kind and helpful. But I wont be going back here as long as stephany is working here.

Lots of choices for packing boxes at reasonable prices. They buy back your unused boxes. A much more effective and less stressful way than roaming from stort to store, dumpster to dumpster looking for enough boxes to pack up a house or apartment. Cheaper than Lowes or stationery stores.

Reliable truck rental in the area. They came through for me last minute after Budget ended up not having a truck available after confirming my reservation the day before. Very accommodating and friendly service - definitely recommend for your moving needs in the area!

Terrible retail and storage place , be prepare to wait for ever, They over charge U and pretend its a mistake. Marcus Prat ( assistant manager) will disrespect U and argue with U over everything , They all have name tags , make sure that U dont talk to Mr. Prat .

Truck was there running with A/C going, ready to go. This was after booking it in less than one day notice. "Check in" took less than five minutes, same with checkout. No BS, straight to the point, get it done. Will be using them again in the future for sure.

The employees are rude and the store manager does not deserve to be a manager. When told about the issue I was experiencing, she was rude, nonchalant and unwilling to assist in the matter. Save yourself the time and frustration and choose a different location.

One stop service for all your moving and storage needs. The rental trucks and vans are well maintained and clean. They have propane. The selection of moving supplies is good. There is on-site storage. Service is friendly.

Had the bad fortune of dealing with this location when the U-Haul system was out. Spent hours dealing with outright refusals to honor my reservation. Ended up driving 45 minutes out of town to a different location.

Depending on the day and time this place can be great. Every now and then you will get an employee that doesnt know quite what theyre doing or they just take their time period but besides that its a good Uhaul

These guys are so nice. They help select what you need, and also will help carry the equipment out. They have everything you could possibly need for a move, and will buy back unused supplies! Highly recommend.

Robert is extremely helpful and polite. I have dealt with many U-Haul places in the past and never had such polite service before. Its great to see that someone out there still know how to treat people nice.
