My company, Triangle Ecycling, is the first tenant here and we love it! The landlord and staff have been awesome to work with. The facility, which used to be the Pepsi plant, is newly renovated and first class. The location is great too. Very accessible for our clients and easy to get to anywhere in Durham in minutes. Highly recommend!

This management there is amazing. I moved to town on a Sunday and they came in on their day off to make sure I got in ok. They have flat carts there for all of the renters/movers to use. The place is spotless. Restrooms were were also very clean. If youre looking for a storage place, this is it!!!
