Review of the Uncle Bobs facility located at 5738 Dillard Dr. in Cary, NC. I would like to begin by saying that my experience has been nothing short of exemplary. The manager (Brenda Haney) and sales associate (Larry) demonstrated tremendous customer service from the moment that I walked through the door. Normally, I might attribute this to "Southern Hospitality", but given the fact that Larry is from the north, I am inclined to believe that it is much more than that. :-) Each time I have gone by my storage unit, the grounds have been clean, there is always a dolly available, and there is never anyone loitering on the property. As a single woman, safety is a definite concern for me. If the treatment that I have received thus far is an indication of what its like at all Uncle Bobs Self Storage facilities, you can rest assured that you have a customer for life. I highly recommend this business.

My wife and I have been to this location a few times and every time we have left extremely satisfied. Brenda (the store manager) is a wonderful lady. She is really helpful and is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. We’ve met her a few times and she’s been absolutely great every time. I had reserved a storage unit inside the building but decided upon visiting the store that we needed a second one too. Brenda helped us find two side-by-side units on the first floor that were perfect for what we needed. She walked us to the units to make sure we are fully satisfied with everything. Every time we’ve been there, she’s been very helpful. She is simply amazing. Thank you Brenda! If I could give 10 stars I would!

The best part of placing your things in storage at 5738 Dillard Drive in Cary is the great customer service you receive from Brenda and Pete. They have all kinds of moving supplies you might need in a pinch, and put a lot of effort into helping you find the ideal unit for your treasures. They are always friendly, caring, and keep the facility immaculate and billing by them is accurate. They are organized and this makes your moving of your belongings simple and easy. I highly recommend using Life Storage on Dillard Drive in Cary and when you do, you will quickly agree that Brenda and Pete are gems! They deserve ten stars if you ask me!!!

These days it is a rare occurrence that you find a company that offers superb customer service. Life Storage on Dillard Dr. is one of these places. Brenda and Pete go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied and that the property is maintained in an excellent manner. During my rental tenure they always greeted me when I was onsite and made sure I didnt have any problems. Once I left my unit unlocked by mistake and Brenda called me within the hour to notify me and make sure my items in storage were secure. I enthusiastically recommend Life Storage on Dillard Dr. for all your storage and moving needs.

My unit was originally part of Budget Self Storage, before they got bought by Uncle Bob. Comparing the two is like day and night. Uncle Bob has terrible customer service. It is terribly managed. Each employee gives you a different answer for the same question. Their fees are ridiculous. They refuse to email their customers. They are concerned with the bottom line...MONEY. I will definitely be moving out soon and taking my business elsewhere.

These people are Old dated and judgemental also rude , I tried to get a job here and they lied wouldnt answer the phone or respond to emails HR was the same way they hired me over the phone and had 3 interviews and it took them 5 weeks to send me a email after telling me I was hired to tell me they werent able to employ me , I bought 5 pairs of khaki pants like I was told as well, back peddling untrustworthy Company, I wouldnt do business with them

I was not a customer at Uncle Bobs Self Storage; however, my girlfriend, Kasimattie Cox, was a customer for a few years. Well, I helped her move her things out of storage, and I was amazed at the fact that the location on Dillard Drive in Cary, NC completely exudes true customer satisfaction. They really made moving out a hassle-free, helpful, and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have rented many storage units over the years due to moves and relocation. I can honestly say you could not find a more helpful and friendly team than Brenda and Peter. The are the example of what customer service should be. The facility is very well kept and the service level from the team is A+ Closed out my unit today and was actually sorry that I wouldnt be seeing them again. That says a lot

I have rented from Uncle Bobs in Cary for about 1.5 years. I have had 3 different spaces (for varying reasons) and have had excellent service the whole time Ive been a customer. The price is less than comparable storage in my area, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. I moved into an apartment with my fiance and no longer need storage. I highly recommend this business!

The entire staff, especially Brenda, are all phenomenal...nice, professional, courteous, and the facilities are clean. What a pleasant experience! I was greeted cheerfully by a very amicable lady at the desk, who had all of my paperwork in order and was able to get my application processed very quickly. She took time to show me to the locker and to verify that all of my security accesses were in order. The place itself is very clean and well-lit, more like a hotel than a storage facility.

I rented a climate controlled storage & was very happy with it! I had a very pleasant experience with the manager & staff, friendly & helpful! The grounds & facility are kept clean. I never worried about my belongings. I like that you could both reserve a storage & make payments on line so easily! I just recommended this place to my daughter & would recommend to anyone!
