He always calls me to make sure I have everything I need or if there is anything else he can do for me. Jeremy was very kind courteous and helpful. I would recommend any of my friends to do business here! I had a good experience the convenient location safe and clean. Jeremy and Sharon consistently exceed expectations. I have always been treated as a very valued customer. Once, the snow plow company did an unsatisfactory job plowing my space however that was immediately addressed by the staff and it hasnt happened since. There is something about receiving a smile and a wave each and every time that I come and go that makes me look forward to visiting my storage unit. I would recommend any of my friends to do business here!

She took me on a tour of the units the day I came there to inquire about a space. And have been not only crisp. She warmly greets customers and puts them at ease. I gotta say i had one of the most pleasurable experience at public storage on sheridan when i first walked in i was greeted by this bubbly, polite very knowledgeable girl named tammie she guided me on my options for what i can do 2 with all the stuff that wont fit in our new house & even what merchandise would make it even easier thank u tammie 4 making this situation an easy one instead of a nightmare : )

Marcellus (Property Manager) - I truly enjoyed the presentation that he provided about Public Storage. He was very clear with his customer service skills. I would recommend anyone to Marcellus for assistance with storage. He was very down to earth and gave great description of my storage space. Filling out documentation was an easy process and he was able to answer every question I had with full answers.

My wife and I got a storage space today and the customer service was excellent. We rented from the Public Storage at 3671 Sheridan Dr, Amherst, NY location with Property Manager Kimberlyn Hughes. She was very kind and professional, answered our questions and looked for ways to save us money. It was by far a positive great customer experience Ive had in awhile. We definitely recommend renting from here.

If i could give this storage place 0 stars it would be too big! Gate is always broken, doors are extremely heavy and my door wouldnt stay up, i had to always have someone with me in order to get anything in to or out of my unit! NOTHING gets fixed, employees are over-worked, and property is falling apart! Shame on you public storage! I will go to Uncle Bobs from now on!!!!!

He is a great store manager, always very helpful, very professional and nice. He always calls me to make sure I have everything I need or if there is anything else he can do for me. Just wanted to thank Michael Uhrich. He was on duty when I went into your Boulevard location. I am shopping around a couple of different companys for my storage needs and I had a lot of questions. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. I will be using Public Storage over the others due to his great customer service.

I have had a unit here at public storage for about 6 months now and it has been great! the location is perfect only a few minutes away from my house. the staff there is great as well! Jeremy makes sure that I am happy and that everything is ok, he always checks up on me and makes sure everything is up to date. thanks guys! well recommenced place !!!

I had used this property when I moved from Buffalo to Jersey City. Jeremy, the property manager, set me up with a storage room and walked me through all the items and process in detail. Great people at this location. Extremely helpful at every juncture and issue that arose. If I were to suggest, it was twice, plus as expensive as it would have been for outdoor storage in Canada. Long term, price would be a factor and this would not have been my first choice.... Again the people running the facility are fantastic!!!
