Great storage facility! I rented 2 units at this facility and it was a great experience I would highly recommend to anyone with storage needs. Its fully monitored, cruised by security, and locked down between 10pm and 6am which keeps it secure overnight when most robberies happen even if the thief is a renter with access (if you need overnight access this might not work for you). The owner/operator is extremely friendly and goes out of his way to help and make sure you understand everything. The lot is all paved with wide aisles for truck access and they also have temperature controlled inside units on ground level. Their rates are competitive and they even pro-rate partial months (rare in the storage unit industry). One tip, if you approach it via Windy Rd then its a bit hard to see. You have to go to the very end of the road as if you were going to get on 64 and there is a driveway that drops down on the left 20 feet before the short ramp for 64. If you approach it via 64 then it is an immediate right as you exit 64 onto Windy Rd, so take the ramp slow.

Preston and his team are so pleasant to work with. Storage units can be set up and terminated with ease, and there are no long term contracts. The place is clean and secure. I will definitely use Extra Attic Storage in Apex from now on!
