My boyfriend and I were extremely pleased with the service that Jerry provided us. It was very close to the time the facility was about to close and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly for us and we didnt feel rushed. He was extremely kind and very informative about the company and services offered. We were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Went in to see if I could buy boxes and maybe some packing tape. This was the transit store. The gentleman was so nice think tag said Jerry a manager, with an accent helped me out. Wish more were so polite and willing to help. My mom is moving to a assistant living and I did not know how to box up her stuff and what to use to move it to my brothers out of state. I got my storage space years ago and I STILL have it. Why? Because these guys are the best. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable about their products. Even when I am no longer in the city, I know my things are being protected and I have no reservations that the crew there will handle my needs, even remotely. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area, in need of a storage space!

Our experience at Public Storage in Williamsville was great and Mark was such a big help! We were moving out of our rental and into our house but had a two week gap in between and need to put all of our stuff in storage. The $1 for the first month was a great perk and helped us a save a ton of money on our 300 square foot unit! If you have a storage need in the Buffalo area, I highly recommend choosing this location!

Public Storage prices online are not accurate because when I went to uhaul on transit rd Williamsville NY. I came in with reservation print with price total and when I went to pay for the storage the manager told me that it was not the price I was quoted. I showed him the paper from online and he said that the price quoted online was not accurate. He sad that this happens all the time. That is false advertising to me.

The managers at Public Storage are awesome. Mark and Jerry always go above and beyond their call of duty. They are the only reason I stay at Public Storage. As a loyal paying customer for many years, I get rewarded each year with a rate increase. New customers coming in get lower rates. Most customer loyalty programs reward loyal customers, not penalize them. Flawed business model, but great employees.

Public Storage is a straight forward outfit that informs you thoroughly when initiating your rental. The gate access is easy and the locks are sturdy. The managers are very helpful. I rented for 7 months and when I checked out Mark was very efficient with no hassles. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use Public Storage in the future.

Public Storage in Williamsville NY - From account setup to the actual storage, the process went very smooth. The staff was very friendly. I only had to pay the first months rent. The rent is very reasonable. I was able put the things I needed to store in, with ease. I like the height of the storage unit and that it is clean and dry.

Everyone I encountered at this facility was helpful and accommodating. Its conveniently located and easy to navigate. The only reason I left was because I needed a climate control unit and this location doesnt have them available. I stayed with the Public Storage company and moved to a different location with climate control.

They explained all the fees and options, gave me a great deal, have a month-to-month contract that gives me flexibility, and also had all of the necessary packing stuff and supplies to help me with my move.
