RECOMMENDED! I needed my roof replaced and had the recommendations of two roofers from different people, one failed to show up twice when he said he would and for several reasons I wasnt comfortable with anothers proposal, its no wonder most homeowners can be a bit stressed when looking for a contractor. Kevins/Alphaa reviews sounded good to me and I gave them a call, I was glad I did as the stress level quickly went away! I happened to catch Kevin when he was in my area and he made arrangements to quickly arrive at my house and assess the job. After measuring everything he was very agreeable to sitting down and explaining in detail what would be done and why, a proposal was sent to me in less than 24 hours. After agreeing to the job a start date was proposed. His crew arrived on time and I have to say they are a hard working group! It was apparent they were conscientious about protecting the property when removing the old roof and they went to work installing the new. The job was completed in the predicted time and the crew did an excellent job of clean-up. In short I wish everything worked this way: HASSLE FREE! I appreciate having a contractor who not only knows what hes doing but is very willing to explain how/why the job will be done to his clients. I willl happily recommend Alpha Roofing to anyone.

The contractors who came to quote my roof replacement all had one thing in common.. They said they would be the "cheapest".. As a consumer who loves the finer things in life, I have realized we get what we pay for and roofing is no exception.. After having the 3 contractors come out to quote Alpha was called after my wife noticed their high ranking by google. We are so glad she was playing in her phone that night. Professional would be an understatement in regards to the treatment our family was given. A detailed explanation of the cost, time frame to complete the work and a breakdown of what we should expect was given before they left our home.. And the cherry on top- when coming home from a cheer event that evening we noticed not only a great looking brand new roof (the wife picked it out of course) installed but Alpha even trimmed our hedges to make a truly pristine moment forever placed in our memory banks.. I recently noticed a water stain on my bedroom ceiling and realized that I had a leak. I asked a friend who had a new roof put on her house which company installed her roof and she gave me the contact information for Alpha Roofing and told me how pleased she and her husband had been with their service. I called the owner Kevin the next day, and he made an appointment to come to my house. He arrived promptly, easily found the leak and even snapped a photo which he texted to me so that I could see the problem. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to fix the leak and said he would be back in the next few days. When Kevin returned, it took him very little time to repair the leak and also correct some gutter problems that he had noticed while on the roof before. I was very pleased with his knowledge, efficiency, and promptness and would call him again for any more roofing issues including replacing the roof when that time comes.

I had Kevin (Alpha Roofing in Wilmington) put gutters on my house (in March/April – weve had a good deal of heavy rain since then and everything has worked out very well). First, his price was very fair based on the other quotes I got. Secondly, I decided to go with the gutter guards he installs, but they didnt work (for various reasons). He not only tried several different options, but when I decided Id rather just go with the gutters alone for a season, he refunded every dime I paid him for the guards. I was very surprised by this, but it demonstrates his fairness to his customers. Finally, his work is top-quality. As others report, he communicated very well, and I am very pleased with my experience. I know whenever I need roof work done I will absolutely call Alpha Roofing.

After the summer hurricane, while I was away, I had a section of shingles on my roof that had been completely blown off. I was extremely uneasy about the pending rain coming, and contacted Kevin. I was a first time customer, and it was a Sunday of a holiday weekend. But regardless, he answered my call, was super friendly and put me at ease right away! He asked me for a picture and wrote me a very affordable estimate in just a few hours! I called him back the same day and scheduled an appointment, and he out so quick and did the repairs! He was so easy to work with and even sent pictures after it was done, so show me how perfectly he had matches the shingles! Roof looks amazing and I highly recommend Alpha Roofing! Kevin has such a personal approach to working with clients. I arranged everything from NY, for my son, who was in CA with the Marines, for a house in Wilmington NC. Kevin had google earth up during our first phone call, then we had a set up a phone conference with Kevin on location at our sons house and Kevin sent photos during the call, so we could discuss the project with visuals. We had an online estimate that night and the work completed in a few days. The gentleman who did the work, called to confirm before hand, and was as polite and gracious as Kevin. Outstanding service and work ethic!

Kevin is every bit of professional and courteous. I was so impressed with his experience and how well he explained everything to me as a newbie to roofing. He reviewed all his procedures to assure the roof is installed properly, not one other company did this. Out of three estimates, Kevins was not only the lowest, but he took the most time to prepare me for the next steps. My roof is beautiful with 6 skylights. I already have plans to use Kevins company again for an upcoming expansion. Great job!!

We were having problems with a standing seam metal roof that had been improperly repaired by another contractor. Alpha Roofing came out and diagnosed the problem on the spot. They were very knowledgable and we discussed drainage problems as well as several options for repair. They even talked me through doing a temporary repair myself at no charge. These guys are honest, hardworking professionals that take pride in helping customers with any roofing needs that may arise. 5-stars.

I called in the morning to obtain an estimate for repairing a leak in my roof. Kevin called back promptly and came out to assess the leak that evening. Kevin was friendly and thorough in looking at our roof and gave my husband recommendations to fix it ourselves. I googled some local roofers and sent e-mails to 3 of them with the best reviews. Alpha Roofing was the only one to reply very promptly and follow-thru with excellent communication. Not only did the owner personally come to assess, but he gave me a video of the roof inspection and sent me photos throughout the replacement. I witnessed his crew spend 45 minutes walking around and making sure that they didnt miss any nails or debris. Wow on everything!
