Allstate is an amazing business. Living in a "fixer upper" I have interacted with a great deal of contractors, most not being a positive interaction. I was floored by the pleasantness of the workers, both with each other and with my family. They set up perimeters and protection for plants where necessary without me having to ask, and they cleaned up well every night. Additionally, I appreciated that their style is to work hard (extremely long days) on one job so that they are finished very quickly! The last contractors took bits and pieces of two weeks to finish and did incredibly shotty work, whereas Allstate was done in THREE DAYS and the roof looks incredible. Our roof has some tricky areas with "dormers" right by the chimney and the last company left several leaks there... Allstates job manager took significant time answering all my questions, and explaining the difference in what they were doing so that the leaking would not occur. Lastly, in their final clean up they go around the yard with a large magnet to be sure that there are no rogue nails, which had a much better result than the last company that left nails everywhere for my kids to "find" all over our yard. So overall, I would highly recommend Allstate. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible craftmanship really sets them apart. In addition to everything else they are a genuinely caring company. I actually won the new roof in a reach out to mothers, one of several people groups theyre targeting for give aways... It was really nice to see a business being so generous and trying to reach people who otherwise wouldnt be able to afford a new roof. Thank you to Allstate for making my Mothers Day an incredible one!

After the wind storm and snow storm that we had this past winter, I noticed that I had a leak in the ceiling of a second floor bedroom. I have two attic dormers on the front of my home which lay flush to the roof, one of which is over the bedroom with the leak. I was referred to Allstate through a contractor that had recently replaced the windows on the dormers. I had contacted a few roofers prior to my issue and none of these contractors came to my house. That in itself is a mystery to me. Allstate came out to my house quickly, assessed the situation, explained what would need to be done to address the issue with the dormers and within in a day gave me a quote and spec sheet of the needed repairs. I had to have the front portion of my roof replaced to get at the needed repairs for the dormers. Again the dormers lay flat on the roof. In less than a week, a dumpster was delivered, the next day the materials were delivered and within two days the repairs were started. The two gentlemen that made the repairs were at my house everyday for 2.5 days from sun up to sun down. They had to remove the old roof, install the new roof and sealed and sided the dormers. I am very pleased with their workmanship as well as the cost. I would refer this company to anyone that is looking for a reliable, reasonable contractor and would contact them myself in the future if I needed any other repairs.

I spoke with Austin Carter from the beginning regarding the existing roof problems. He inspected the roof and thoroughly explained what should be done and why. I was given a comprehensive package of tile colors, and warranty information. As Allstate was my first call, there was time between receiving the estimate and granting the contract. During that time Austin called to see where I was with obtaining other quotes, and actually provided valuable suggestions when I stated I was having issues getting contractors to respond. I subsequently checked and used the suggestions because he referenced some of the areas major contractors. After receiving all quotes, I selected Allstate because the price, warranty, materials provided for review, and the information received from Austin Carter was superior to all other contractors that submitted estimates and talked to me about what was required. The entire roof was replaced, work was completed quickly, and the workers patiently answered questions I had during the process. The site was cleaned very well after the roof was installed.

I have to admit-- Im annoyed. I set up for a quote for my soffits because one of them came loose and needs to be replaced. The receptionist said that I needed to be there for the appointment, so I made it from 5-6pm. I liked the idea of being there anyways, because I am a new homeowner with questions. The guy showed up at 2, didnt call to tell me he was there, and left a quote in the mailbox for almost $3000 to replace all of my soffits. Not what I wanted at all. Ill call somebody else. ________________________________________________________________________ Edit 10/21/2016 I am happier with my service from Allstate. After our mix-up, they rectified the situation, and gave me great service to make sure I was satisfied...after I wasnt. I appreciate the time they took to make me happier, and the rep that came out and gave me a new quote was very nice and professional. Thank you again.

Amazing company. They completed my mother in laws roof and it was a complicated project. The gentlemen did a fantastic job making sure her garden was safe along with her beautiful outside antique furniture. The job was completed not only quickly but also efficiently. The clean up was also superurb. Her roof is still solid and with all the rain we have had in buffalo, there has been no issues what so ever. Thank you so much for not only pricing this difficult job at a reasonable cost but also getting it done the right way. She had various contractors quoting her job at a price that nobody could afford and it almost felt like other companies were trying to take advantage of her, so thank you for not taking advantage of a elderly woman and being honest and upfront with her...

horribel company! After a couple of weeks of arguing with them my uncle (who was afraid this review would hurt his repair chances) let me post this. Zero customer care and zero cares about it to boot! The work was done by hacks and left his house looking (multiple damages inside form the work) like a tornado went through. I went on and researched this outfit after the whole debacle and the kicker is after taking a look at their facebook page and the last good review (she has since removed her picture from her profile pic, which was looker enough to make me notice her :O) it was done by an employee :OOOO. and another good review is from tv guy. Im telling you........ask to talk to real people before laying over any cash for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredible company! believe me I shopped around and this company is honest and hard working. price was excellent. Paul is amazing and took the time to explain everything. The roofing crew had our house done in 1 day working from 8am to almost 7 at night. they protected and cleaned along the way. they even put all of my flower baskets back exactly where I had them. not one nail left to pick up! purchasing a roof can be scary with so many dishonest companies, Do Not Hesitate, Allstate roofing is great! my roof is beautiful and done perfectly! Thanks Paul and Thank you to the roofers who came out and did such a great job :)
