Very poor experience!! Very disorganized, no comunication between workers and office personnel. Called after the near hurricane last wednesday. They were prompt for me to start a work order because " it was going to get very busy". After placing the work order, they gave me an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. When the time came, they called that they could not make it, that will be the following day. The workers came the following morning, assessed and got a sample of the shingles for color match. The 3 of they said that they most probably had it at the shop and will return with it, unless the weather turned bad. I told them to call even if they were not comming so we were not stuck in the house waiting. After 3 hours, I called the office to ask if they were going to return or not. Karen, the recepcionist answered back that they had to order the shingles. When I told her that the workers had said they most probably had them in stock, she then said "Oh! Then I will ask Jim to call you back". She had not talked to the workers to find out if the shingles were in stock or not. Another 30 minutes go by and no call back from Jim (owner?). I call back and now they say that they need scaffolding for the job and cant be done until next week because there were many jobs. So why didnt the workers who came in know that and said that right then, Instead of saying they would be back????? And why are they taking in more jobs that thay can handle promptly??? They say they have been in business for 50 years, but SURE doesnt look like it! I cancelled the job right away! Im also regretting I referred them to my neighbour just after I first called them.

Do not use this company!! We had a new roof installed this summer and my husband inspected their work and found they cut corners in a number of ways. They came back to fix what he found. Then they tried to argue that they did not have to install a window that was guaranteed in our contract. They finished the job more than one month late. Now its winter and our new roof is leaking. In spite of their "warranty," they are blaming it on an "act of nature." Yes, winter is an act of nature but that doesnt mean a brand-new roof should leak because theres snow on top of it. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable contractor!!!!!

Pricing is average. Quality and workmanship is excellent. The workmen were polite and knowledgeable. I have paid for many roofs and this is the very best experience I have had. I love that this is a family business. 5 stars.

My old roof was in such bad shape because it looked horrible and it would leak all the time. The new one that Victor Roofing & Siding put in looks really nice now. I just love the looks of it now.
