I contacted Baker Residential Roofing about replacing the roof at my Mothers house in Jacksonville and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial appointment with Van Lilly, throughout the entire replacement process with Trey and Daniel, everything was first rate! Every process, every step, every single piece of material was well and professionally communicated, which is extremely rare in the roofing and general construction industries alike. Companies like this are few and far between and for that, I thank you very much! It was an absolute pleasure and her house looks amazing. The work roof replacement on my house was excellent. I recommended Baker to my next door neighbor and he has Baker replace his roof. I was told by Baker that I would a monetary reward for getting them the job. That was 6 months ago. All Ive heard is they are working on it from the salesman. Writing a letter for no response. Shows me once the job is done theyre not interested in follow-up

I HAVE BEEN ROOFING FOR 28 YEARS. AND HAVE BEEN ON THEIR JOBS. WHAT I SAW WAS FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL ! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ROOF MY DOG HOUSE!!!! VERY SLOPPY WORK!!!!!!!! I POINTED IT OUT TO THE FOREMAN HE RESPONDED WITH ITS OK IM NOT WORRIED ABOUT IT
