I found Excel roofing online and was impressed with their reviews. I emailed a request for a quote to Sady with a picture of my house, and a list of the work I wished to have completed . I worked remotely with Kirk at Excel Roofing, by phone and email, to receive information, quotes, and accept their proposal/contract. Within a few days of our initial conversation, I was provided multiple roofing material options, detailed quotes, competitive prices, and prompt/thorough responses to all my questions. I was able to choose the right option for our needs. The final contract was for removal of old roofing, inspection and replacement of any damaged sheeting and installation of a new architectural shingle roof. They came when they said they would, finished as scheduled, billed as quoted, and provided pictures of the repairs they made. The neighbors were very impressed with the speed and cleanup by the crew and they plan to call for a quote for their roof. I am thoroughly pleased with the beautiful new roof and the service received from Excel Roofing. I recommend Excel Roofing, without reservation, for roof replacement needs.

We had a leak in our chimney and our insurance company sent a roofing company to take a look at the damage and give us an estimate. First impressions are so important, and I was not particularly thrilled with them or their attitude. So I researched roofing companies on my own. Thats when I read all of the wonderful reviews about Sady and Excel Roofing Company. I called and Sady answered right away - came out the house that afternoon. What a sweet, professional and trustworthy man!!! He gave us a fair price for the repair and came back 2 weeks later to install a new customized chimney cap with his crew. I was just expecting a normal chimney cap - but what he gave us is actually beautiful!!! Absolutely did not expect the quality of workmanship that Sady delivered - who knew you could make a "pretty chimney cap"! Way beyond our expectations. And no more leak! I would definitely recommend Excel Roofing to anyone. We are planning on replacing our roof in the near future and will be calling Excel Roofing.

After researching and meeting with 3 roofers, I selected Sady. He is very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions as well as educated me on the various types of metal roofing. His price quote was excellent and above all he was very responsive to both emails and phone calls which is very important to me. His crews did an amazing job on the roof with every detail taken care of. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is that we did have an issue with some of the aluminum panels that caused a delay in the project mid-way through. After many home renovations I have learned that its not a matter of "if" a problem arises, but how its handled by the contractor. In this case it was an easy mistake that anyone could make and Sady handled it very well overall. He promised me that my partially covered roof was protected from the rain during the delay and he was correct. I would definitely use Excel Roofing again and I will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I had a leak on my roof! It was around the flashing on a pipe which goes to my upstairs bathroom. I first called one company for a quote- their response $500! I said no, it was too high. I called excel roofing. Not only did the owner respond to my call, he came and fixed it. It was the same day, within a 4 hour window. He gave me a quote over the phone which was almost a quarter of the cost. He had all the supplies he needed already with him; he did not need to make 2 visits. He went up the ladder, he replaced the flashing, he re-caulked and reshaped the shingles around, he re-nailed them, and his work was done. Although this took nearly an hour, he remained insistent on the price he quoted me. His name is Sady, and I would highly recommend him. Hes superior to most roofers around here. I will definitely call him if I need any future repairs.

I cannot say enough good things about Excel Roofing Company! By the time I realized our porch roof was damaged, we had real problems on our hands. You will not find a better roofing company! While we went with Excell for the competitive price quote, and timeline for work to be completed, those reasons should not be the only reasons you use this company, their crew is fantastic! The workers are not only polite, hard working and professional, but also cheery, friendly, and seem to enjoy working together (which says a lot about a company). Our yard was clean when they left, and they consulted us whenever there was something to be addressed. In contrast our neighbors across the street were having their roof done at the same time by another company, and that companys crew made me feel uncomfortable being in my yard, and have taken twice as long on the roof of a house of similar size. Choose Excell you will not regret it!

We got estimates for our roof by alot of people. Some quoting double what we actually paid. Sadi was very professional and included way more than we thought by adding vents and even put back up my dish. When Dish Network came out the tech said that they put the dish back up on a metal plate which keeps the warranty intact. (aparently it voids the warranty if they just screw it back in the same place) I had no clue nor was i even told that they did that for us. Every day they cleaned up very well and after it was finished I was more than excited to pull into my driveway everyday to see my awesome architectural roof. We are very glad we chose Excel Roofing and will be telling everyone to go to these dedicated, fast, hard working crew!

Our experience with Excel Roofing Company and with Sady is how business should be conducted. We were given an estimate with an upgrade addition that was our choice. We made the decision on what we wanted and were given a starting date. The crew arrived right on time that day and the remaining days until finished. I cant say enough about the hard work and beautiful job that we were given. After finishing, the clean up was amazing. You could not tell that anyone had been working for 3 days. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quality work, on time service and excellent pricing.
