If I could leave no stars I would! My 86 year old grandma has used this company for a few years, several years back we had a problem with the owner and now today we have had another. Called the owner "Mike" last night to have him fix my grandmas heat that went out and he said he would come this morning, never showed. We called at 1pm and no response, tried to call from several numbers and no answer. So we called another company they came within 30 minutes and they did a wonderful job and very reasonable. Mike finally shows up around 4pm and we were not home. He got an attitude and said he was going to leave an $80 bill since he came and we were not there! He never returned our call if he would of he could of had our business. He is not reliable and is very unprofessional. I hope no one else wastes their time!!

This is without a doubt the only contractor I would call for any heating and air service. To them its more than just another job to do.. Its another family... another home... Or a living situation that has been made better because theyre better.... Thanks Mike Akers for ALL youve done. ALWAYS being available for the unexpected. I had Elite come and fix my Heat Pump because my AC would not work. They came and researched, cleaned and fixed my problem in a very short period of time and were very reasonable on the cost. I would highly recommend them for all Heating and AC work! Thanks Guys!

Not only will they match or beat the installation costs of your new air conditioning system... their 10 year warranty means you pay NOTHING ELSE for 10 years if something goes wrong. WOW. I never heard of anything like that.
