BUYER BE MORE THAN WARE!!!! This company deserves absolutely nothing better than a F-- rating from anyone. They have never had a repeat customer for a reason. Not interested in their products nor anything from their big name sponsors such as Cabelas or Field and Stream Magazine. Those relationships exist only from money not from any sort of performance or product values. They begin with nothing less than deceitful packages, ship out less than what they promise and end with lies and sub-standard products. I have never been so insulted by a customer service representative than Richard Vic when he told our structural engineer (who was questioning the lack of structural support for a second story) that we were the cheapest people he knew...this was on a nearly $300,000 package with a total cost/value of our home of $633,000.00..Cheap, really?! Bryant McNeal hasnt done anything better. We paid almost $300K for a poor quality incomplete product and stressful unprofessional incompetent customer service staff. We are sitting here with no home waiting for additional product after 28 months that should have been sent with the "complete premium product" we paid for in full.

Our friends regretfully purchased a package from this company, and they have been living a nightmare during the entire building process. This company should be reported for fraud for what they continue to do to our friends. If you are considering purchasing from these unethical people, I suggest you turn and run as quickly as possible.
