Ripped us off big time. Charged us $196 to do 15 minutes work. They changed our dryer outlet. We were new to the area and didnt know anyone. I called the office to complain and they justified it by saying the clock started when the electrian left their shop. They clocked it from 7:30 am until 9:30 am. Their shop is 20 min from my house, the tech. Was her 15 min. Even charging back to their shop would have been only an hour. The tech got to our house at 8:30 was gone 8:47. They ripped us off ask yourself if they can be trusted.

I came home to a flooded backyard. I was more than satisfied with the quick and pleasant service I received after hours. It was obviously a stressful situation and I am just happy Mr.Bender got it under control. Pemberton was recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
