My enclosed patio glass door frames have many black stains that i can not wash them off, the stains are also on the patio ceiling, i called Rochester NY Painters asking them to come over to give me an estimate for a new painting job. Bill and his staff came over this morning, Bill told me the black stains are mold which can be easily washed off by laundry bleach. Bill asked me to give him a rag and cleaning bleach, he carefully removed one of the glass doors, his staff Tom applied the bleach and wiped the mold away, it was a good demonstration. Tom also washed off a section of the black steins from the ceiling to show me how it works. Bill explained to me the reason of causing the mold to grow is because i do not have soffit vents and roof vents installed when the patio was built, I do not need a paint job for my patio but need to have soffit vents installed. Upon my request, he gave me a referral to a company that does soffit vents. Before they go, Bill takes the time to show me how to take the glass door off so i can do the cleaning myself. Besides being knowledgeable, Bill and Tom are extremely friendly and polite. When my house needs a paint job, i know who to call.

As the holiday season ends, my wife and I feel grateful for our home, which we renovated in 2013-2014. Every wall, ceiling, window trim, and door was painted by Bill Pine and his team. One year, the contractors were still finishing up the day before Thanksgiving, and Rochester NY Painters brought in a special crew that finished all the painting just a few hours before the turkey went in the oven. The colors and the quality of the painting give each room an elegant feel. Looking back, were always glad we found Bill Pines company to do this work. They are true craftsmen. We would hire them again if the need ever arises, even if we had friends or family who offered to paint for free.

I originally hired someone to remodel our bathroom, but unfortunately it became clear about half way in he was way over his head. I didnt know what to do. A co-worker referred Bill to me. I had very few options given the mess our only full bath was in. Thank God I called Bill. He immediately went above and beyond to get my bathroom functional again so we could at least use it. He then began planning and then working on finishing our bathroom. It came out amazing. It was such a relief to have someone who actually cared about us working on this project. Would definitely recommend Bill, and would definitely use him again.

Bill Pine and his professional team did a great job! They have painted both exteriors and interiors for me and have always been pleasant, neat and professional. Their work has always been done in a timely manner and both Bill and his team took time to ask if everything was done to my satisfaction. Also, Bills estimates are fair and he sticks to the price, even if something unexpected pops up. I trust him and his judgement. I will not hesitate to call him again for future work.

Unfortunately the communication with Bill was very unprofessional from his end. He underbid himself on our job and instead of being upfront and giving a realistic quote, he avoided me. He took my house key on Monday, was supposed to start on Wednesday. Several calls later with no call back, Saturday night he finally answered. To top it off he ended the call by hanging up on me when asking to meet in person to get my key back. Had to buy new locks that night.

Bill met my wife and I at our first home purchase a week after closing. He walked through with us and listened to what we were thinking to do as far as rooms and stuff that needed to be done. He also saw other work (dry wall rim filling) that we missed. Communication after was great and once we agreed on the estimate his crew came in and did a wonderful job on our house. We couldnt be happier and look forward to working with him and his crew again.

Hands down, amazing job! I tend to be a perfectionist... and its very nice when you hire someone as anal-retentive. Bill and his crew were amazing. He was here when he said he would be, completed the job when they said they would. His service was not cheap, though certainly not the most expensive...and you get what you pay for. They painted my living room which included built-ins. Simply amazing.
