I called Erick Fletcher yesterday about giving an estimate on our roof. He came today and was able to call his team and fix it quickly, before the thunderstorms hit NOVA. He took pictures of the damages from inside our attic and from on top of our roof. He also invited me to look at the damages for myself from inside the attic. We had a different company come earlier to give an estimate and he didnt show me all of the damage, only some of it. I felt like he was honest, trustworthy, and did an excellent job with his crew. I am so grateful for the respect and professionalism that he and his team displayed while working on our house. I would highly recommend him because of his reasonable rates and professional care. He also wrote out an itemized list of damages and took pictures for our insurance company. He saved us time and money. I will definitely use MidAtlantic again!

We used Mid Atlantic Contracting, Inc. to build a deck at the time we were building a new house. Dave Corbin was fantastic and worked with my wife to design the layout in a way that accommodated our requirements and came out looking good and we were very pleased with how it turned out. More recently we had them come back and add an under-decking system to keep the area under the deck dry so it could be used even during a rainstorm. Again, they were very responsive and proposed a solution that was exactly what we were looking for. They installed it in a timely manner and once again, the final product looked just as good as we hoped it would. The installation team was very polite and they cleaned up everything when they were done and left the area looking great. Thank you Mid Atlantic!

I recently hired MIdAtlantic Contracting to build a new deck on my townhouse. I obtained three quotes for the job and MidAtlantics was the most reasonable. The sales person and the administrative staff were fantastic - they provided timely communications, were extremely responsive to my inquiries by phone and email, and are knowledgeable of county codes and building requirements for decks. The building permit was obtained in lightning speed! The work started and ended on schedule (the job took only three days), and final inspection occurred on the morning of the fourth day. Overall, a worry free and wonderful experience. I would definitely hire MidAtlantic Contracting again and I highly recommend them to others.

Mid Atlantic was the third company to look at the leaking roof in our townhouse, and the last. What the other places missed they picked up in minutes. When we moved, they were the first we called to get a roof quote. Not only was their bid the best, but we would have hired them over the other two companies based entirely on the thorough inspection they gave to our roof. And when winter dropped a foot of snow days before they were scheduled to arrive, their guys climbed up to the roof and shoveled it off so they could complete the job on time. Totally happy with the work and the price, and will recommend to anyone.

MidAtlantic Contracting was a blessing for us in getting our condo back together after earthquake damage from this summer. It was such a load off our minds to let them handle all the required repairs. We didnt have to worry about coordinating all the various people that were needed to get the repairs done nor did we have to be home every minute to watch over the repairs. Although it has been a month or so since completion of repairs, we are still so pleased with the beautiful, professional work that MidAtlantic Contracting did. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others or to use their services again.

MidAtlantic replaced the builders roof on my home early in the previous spring, having to reschedule multiple times for safety reasons (caused my the late freezes and snows). They were very accommodating and apologetic (despite it not being their fault) and as soon as a scheduled date coincided with appropriate weather, they were there, pulling off the old roof and installing the new one with with alacrity and expertise. I went to work with an old roof and come home to a new one. Good job, guys.

MidAtlantic Contracting did a very good job on the installation of our deck. Their quote was reasonable and the work was done in a very timely and professional manner. The deck looks great and overall I was very satisfied with the work. The only small downside was there seemed to be a lack of communication at times (workers showed up the first day without anyone telling me). But that was minor compared to the quality of work provided, I would definitely hire them again for other projects.

We had nearly everything done, roof, siding, windows, gutters and downspouts, even had the trim around our roof line wrapped so we wont have to paint it ever again! What a great job, the products are all top notch and we love the new look of our home. The install crews were professional, thorough, and did a great job of clean up after the job was done. My husband and I were thrilled with everything. Thanks MAC for the face-lift on our home, it looks amazing!

MidAtlantic did an AMAZING job on our new deck! From drawing up the plans to getting the permits to the finished product, I did not have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend not working with this company. We have a leak in our skylight/rrof and they told our Warranty company not to cover any of the repair work. The contractor asked me personally if we could "hold off on doing the job until later in the year because its his busy season," which is ridiculous when your roof is leaking. It took them 2 days to even call the Warranty company about our repair, while it has rained heavily the past 2 nights.

Midatlantic gave us a great estimate, delievered everything they promised, and provided great quality work and products. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. They replaced our roof and we were very pleased with their workmanship, their customer serive and how "user friendly" they turned out to be. I would, and will, recommend them to anyone who needs any contracting work done.

MidAtlantic was excellent from the initial sales call to the completion of the job. They worked with my homeowners insurance agent and assisted reviewing the hail damage and getting approval to have the entire roof replaced. Job was professional and completed on schedule. Cleanup was well done. Couple of nail pops were expertly repaired. Overall great experience. Would definitely use them again
