We had them paint our home and were very satisfied 2 years ago However, they have promised to come back to fix a peeling problem since January, 2014. They told me they would look at it on January 22, never came, followed up with two emails and then finally they looked at it in April and told me they would be out and then did not respond to repeated emails when they did not show up. They then responded twice that they would be here the 1st week of July and then again the week of August 18 and did not show up or even call to advise us of a change in their schedule either time. I would definitely not recommend them due to their lack of reliability.

I am not aware of how they conduct their business, but I can tell you that whoever drives the black Range Rover with 30 day tags is a jerk of a driver, speeding in the Right-Turn-Only lane that turns into West Broad Village on Broad Street in Short Pump, in weekday morning traffic, so they can cut in at the last minute, to get in the lane for Interstate 64 East. Not a responsible or considerate way to drive.

I had to sue them for unpaid employment. We were working up to 30 hours overtime a week and they refused to pay. Changed pay stubs to Holiday pay. I won with US labor board and First Class refused to pay. I sued in court and won . They refuse to pay. Let me see if a seizer of property will work.

Employees driving on a highway debris flying out of their vehicles unsecured cargo unprofessional. Too busy texting on the phone to see the ambulance coming down the highway horribly unprofessional will not hire them to work in my house if they cant even practice basic safety.

Worst paint job Ive ever seen!!! When it was pointed out to thier management I was cussed and called a liar! They would even come out and look at the crappy job they cal "First Class", you do not want to use this company for anything!!!!@!
