Joe does an excellent job creating bootcamp classes that are beneficial and worthwhile for all levels of physical abilities/athleticism. As a self-proclaimed gym junkie, spending anywhere from 2-3 hours in a gym everyday, I wasnt sure Joe was going to make this class worthwhile for me, however I couldnt have been more wrong - everyday, I am pushed to challenge myself at joefitness and that is exactly what I wanted and needed to change up my routine. Joe is motivating and the other class attendees are always friendly and willing to help if you have questions. I love that the bootcamp classes are tough, but efficient, which means there is no good excuse NOT to take 30 minutes for yourself and your health in a day. Try it out and youll love it!

If you are ready to drop the weight and get into the best shape ever---then congratulations on seeking out this page!!! I have been training with Joe for about three years---his sessions are always challenging and never the same:) Joe can teach you how to eat healthier--that is one of the great things about this guy, you can ask him just about anything (fitness/nutrition) and he will get you going in the right direction!!! I have been working with trainers for the past six years---just asking for help has enabled me to drop more than 150 pounds:) Check him out!!!

Ive been going to joefitness bootcamps for almost 2 years and Im amazed by the results I continue to get. I thought I was never going to get my body back after having kids, but joefitness bootcamps did it! It doesnt even compare to a regular gym! I wouldnt work myself half as hard at another gym on my own, and the people in the classes are just great. Joe is an awesome trainer and motivator with an infinite amount of patience. I look forward to going everyday knowing I am going to get a great workout and be surrounded by positive encouraging people.

Joes bootcamps are amazing! I worked out with him years ago and am now back for the bootcamps. Every session is a different set of exercises geared to get you in the best shape. I love that it is 30 minutes and you are constantly moving the entire time, working different muscle groups. Joe is motivating and encouraging. If you are looking for something different in the FM area for working out, this is it!

Always a great workout - love it! Joe is very positive and encouraging - he pushes you to your max and truly wants you to succeed in reaching your goals. I highly recommend you try out Joefitness - you wont be disappointed!!

Ive been a joes member for over 2 years now. Ive been a member at many gyms and fitness programs over the years, and none of them have kept me motivated, interested, and excited for each class like joes does!
