I think Cowboys Fit will definitely be a success. Jerry Jones may have scored another win, but as a new venture, they have some ironing out to do. They came to our office in Hall Office Park and signed up about 60 percent of us. I signed up back in December 2016, but never received any emails, phone calls, or notifications. One of my coworkers did luckily get some feedback so only through him did we become aware of the delays opening. Some of the staff greet you, some do not. Definitely recommend Joe, nice intelligent guy. I wanted to purchase some merchandise to support, but was hesitant because I was new to the sport and did not know what the appropriate size would be. I asked if I could return them before purchasing but no one on staff knew the return policy. I went ahead and purchased the item and I was told I would receive a phone call with 48 hours, so I made sure to not open anything. 3 days later, I called and after a brief wait I was told All Sales are Final. I was definitely ok with that, but if your training includes merchandise sales, I believe it should also include return policies. Hopefully my case was talked about between staff to correct it for future customers. I went ahead and cancelled due to these facts and was charged $49 without my knowledge. Once again I was not told. It probably was in some a contract from December 2016, but never got an email and it was not reiterated to me. Prices do go up after August 15th, but that is to be expected as the gym is starting to get crowded. Supply and Demand Good facility, good community to work out with. Classes are good. I would recommend it, just a bad experience for me.

Friendly staff that doesnt get in your way, clean facilities, and most importantly a very wide range of high quality equipment that satisfactorily caters to pretty much every workout style that I could think of, from cardio to bodybuilding to HIIT/met-con/calisthenic/TRX based training. Ive been a member of too many gyms to count, and this is my favorite thus far. Typically Im there 7-10 times per week at varying times and there hasnt been a drop in customer service. More importantly, there is more than enough equipment even during times when theyre experiencing high traffic. I cant personally comment on the classes, smoothie/snack bar, pool, kids zone or the massage and recovery center. As far as working out, one bit of advice would be to try and take advantage of the wide range of equipment. IMO Theres no point in signing up here if you plan to come in 3-4 times per week, do 45mins on the elliptical and leave.

Pool isnt open. Snack bar still not open. This is the only location so who knows if they will be able to deliver their promise of multiple location access. Currently pricey but may increase in value once some of these items are delivered. Classes could use better music but currently they have a good variety. Bathrooms are accomadating including locker access with lock. Leave your shampoo, conditioner and body was at home, they have a decent product line available in the locker rooms. They of course have new equipment and a cool selection. But I personally believe the gym is a bit small (just multiple stories make it seem big). The hours will hopefully be extended. Really all I can say, is hopefully I will be back with a better review of their progress. Anyone who signed up early for the short end of the stick. Wait a year and hopefully it will be 50% worth it.

After only being enrolled for 3 months they charged me $50 annual fee that I wasnt aware of. When I call and ask about that charge they had no idea what it was and they say that they will call me back to explain to me about the charge. After 2 days they call me with the news about this annual fee that they never told me about. When I enrolled for the family membership they said that included the kids daycare in the plan but when I got to check my child in they told me that it wasnt included anymore and that it is an extra $20 to my already over $100 membership.

Lots of fanfare and glitz, but the Gym is still working out the kinks. TV channels don’t consistently show news, Octane elliptical machines frequently on the fritz. Oddly not a lot of floor space for solo core and strength workouts. You’re sort of constantly in someone else’s way. Lots of traffic for equipment in the evenings. I’d say give it 6 months and it will be much better. It definitely an exciting place to workout though. And hey- the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders work out there so you’ve got that!

The facility is GORGEOUS! However, thats where it ends.... The sales team LIES to get you to sign up. I dont mean bending the truth but rather BOLD FACE LIES. Making matters worse, I waited a total of 6 weeks to be called back from management and ultimately just had to keep calling and finally upon reaching the GM I was met with disrespect, lack of care and overall lack of sincerity. This is clearly just a pretty club with no care for the ACTUAL members themselves. Next stop the BBB..

The waiting was worth it for this facility, everything is clean and top-notch, PLENTY of equipment and space to get your workout in, whether you want to workout indoors or outdoors (Tostitos Plaza), you have the option for both! The staff is also great! Patiently waiting for the rest of the facility to open up!

Great facility! Its the best of the best when it comes to exercising! I had the pleasure of working with Erin Bogar who was really informative and willing to help make sure I had the best experience at Cowboys Fit. I highly recommend both Cowboys fit and Erin Bogar! Reach out to her and the staff!

Neat gym...combines usual gym equipment with popular crossfit equipment, deck style lap pool with cabanas, football field right outside the door for drills. ... favorite part is the clean and pretty locker room, great makeup lighting with private dressing rooms and dry sauna.

Beautiful facility but by the time it opened I had moved and needed to cancel. They will not let me cancel my membership unless I come into the gym. Unfortunately they are going to be a typical gym that makes it difficult and painful to cancel. Very disappointing

Very nice new facility with the latest workout spaces, equipment, and programs. Great location too. Easily accessible and plenty of life around the area. I hope the standards for maintenance will be kept high to avoid turning into just another gym.

The facility is awesome but be very careful what you sign, they purposely neglect to explain all of the fees. If they promise you anything, dont hold your breath...still waiting on that free t-shirt.

Absolutely stunning and amazing facility, unlike any gym Ive been to. So much more than just weights and machines.
