Great starter gym. They close a bit too early (7PM) in my opinion on Saturdays and Sundays. Its a smaller gym and theres a good number of members and still increasing, always almost packed but you will still have machines you need without any wait time. Cannot beat $20/month (free if your health insurance participates), and unlimited bring your friend with Black Card membership (the standard membership is $10).

Very welcoming environment. But the equipment is nowhere near what I expected a gym to have. The free dumbbells only go up to 70lb, they dont even have a standard bench press, or a standard squatting rack. But the place is STOCKED with machines. I guess if your not up for a challenge go to this gym.

Love the Moorhead PF, great staff & its always clean. I wont ever go back to the 13th Ave PF due to it being the total opposite of the Moorhead PF, keep up the great work yall

Why does the sign on thedoor say 24/5 but you close friday nights, sat nights, And sun nights?...should change that...otherwise great workout space
