Been attending this gym for 3 years until I moved. It seems like all the good teachers get pushed out and all the focus is on the Jungle which costs extra! Bigger gyms offer their best teachers and classes at prime time. Not at PAC. And also dont even think about making suggestions...they never get addressed. I also gave my cancellation notice in writing three weeks in advance. Yet I was charged twice for the next month. Tried calling to talk to someone about a refund and no one could help me. Things like this only can be taken care of by the owner they said. Which anytime you leave a message for him to call you he never calls back. Ive called six times in the last month and left messages for a phone call. Not even a reply. Im all about supporting the little guy, but not when they act like this.

This gym is rather small for the $40. a month fee, no swimming pool and sauna. They require your credit card info and they charge directly from your account, they were billing me twice a month. 1 bill under the name Pac Fitness for $37.99 2 Bill under the name Pac Fitness Billing for $37.99 check you monthly bill. I told them when I was signing up that I will have to travel for work and will not be in prosper for sometime. They told me no problem cancelling. I spoke with the owner and provided him with proof , still he went ahead an charge me twice. To get this owner to stop charging my account I have to change my account number. This is not worth all the aggravation. Unless you going to be there and dont mind the small gym.

As a member of PAC Fitness and a client of Merridith Yorks for a year now I can tell you this statement is true. I have not been able to find better prices anywhere. Staff is very nice and professional. PAC is a family gym and not a singles hang out. You will find all body types at PAC - just regular people working hard to accomplish their personal goals. PAC Fitness offers child care and a variety of classes. My personal training sessions are always creative and challenging. I highly recommend PAC Fitness and look forward to another year.

I moved and getting them to cancel the automatic credit card withdrawals is very difficult. Only John or Merridith can do it and they never and I mean never return calls. I eventually had to call my credit card company and deal with it thru the credit card company. I joined the club within the first month of opening and have had several family members come and go. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely a failure and a concern
