The facilities are great, and the instructors are even better, but the business side of things seems to be run quit poorly. Courts Plus continued to automatically charge me every month for 6 months after I cancelled my membership, and when I called to get things sorted out they werent willing to help at all. The member services person claimed they couldnt find my membership cancellation paperwork, and thus couldnt issue a refund for the additional months I was wrongfully charged. I havent set foot in the facility for 6 months but am still out nearly $300 because someone over there either doesnt know how to properly file paperwork or is too lazy to look hard enough for it. Its disappointing that a business can take advantage of its customers like that and get away with it. Im sure there are better operated fitness facilities in Fargo, Id suggest shopping around.

The weights are so old it feels like you are training for the 1972 olympics, the weight floor is about as organized as a first graders desk, they basically put all the machines wherever with no order or thought whatsoever, it sucks having to run upstairs to hit triceps and running back down to hit biceps, non of the weights are the same brand so if you have ocd stay away. The only nice part of the facility are the front doors the rest if it hasnt had money invested in it in decades, anytime fitness has nicer equipment and is less busy, family wellness has natural lighting, this place is a dungeon.

I want to like it, but I just can’t. The courts are nice, but I don’t use them. The weight machines are old and not well maintained same goes for the cardio machines. The Steam room and whirl pools are not kept clean or sanitary basically they are a joke, ask to see them when you go on a tour. The positives parking is great, no wait to use equipment. The one or 2 staff members on site are friendly. The price is cheaper than the Wellness center, but you get what you pay for.

Being a mother, its hard to find the time and place for group exercise and yoga and thats why I love Courts Plus Fitness Center! The daycare is awesome and the facilities open at convenient times. Not to mention they have everything you can imagine to keep you occupied during the long winters: indoor playground, indoor tennis, hosted birthday parties and so much more!

Not everyone is treated the same here; seems like only those with a certain income or status get good service. I couldnt get an answer from anyone on the rates for personal training sessions. I checked out other places and I recommend Sanford Lifelong Fitness; personal training is included in the membership fee there and staff is much more personable!

Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about, but I have been a member for about two years at CP and I love it! The staff is friendly, the place is always clean, never a zoo (you hardly ever have to wait to use equipment), and music isnt too loud... Yeah its more expensive but it keeps the riff raff out, just the way I want it.

The name says it all. Courts are first. Looking for a basketball, tennis, or racquet ball court? This is your place. The plus is weights, running track, and instructor lead classes and the stuff youd expect from a gym. Beyond the plus, is the great child care facilities and staff. Clean, modern facility throughout.

ADVISE: YMCA down the street has a FREE day introduction thing. and Sportscenter has a $5 WEEKLY pass. This is the "Express" Version. expect something like a snap fitness. Including the $10 day pass for a gym no better than your hotel.

Day care is awesome my kids love it! Two full basket ball courts body pump and many more classes a full track and two levels of workout equipment need I say more... this gym has more then I can list. Try it out for yourself!

Joining this club is the best decision we have made. I love the variety of equipment available. Having tennis courts is great, too. This club is clean, comfortable and staff is very friendly.

Great gym! Lots of room at free weights, machines, and cardio. Would sometimes feel crowded in the early evening. Staff is friendly. Clean facilities. Sauna is great.

This place is very nice and clean. Large slides and lots for children to play on. I would have loved this as a child.

Total rip off for tennis. Even after being a member they still charge $18 an hour to use a court. Ridiculous.

Love the club. Great staff and it is convenient and not overly busy, the times I go.
