I was a member here for 2 years and unfortunately I had to move west of the DFW Metroplex. Marcellus is an outstanding owner and the staff is great and very well trained. If I were ever to move back to the Prosper, Gunter, Frisco, Celina or Mckinney area, this will be my #1 place to go!!!

My friend Marcellus runs this joint. I love this place for training before my Spartan races. All the equipment makes me feel like a kid in a candy store. I dont know where to start first. Check out this place if you want some good training. Either in a class setting or solo.

I love this Gym, everyone is super supportive and very friendly. This is not a huge gym but they offer classes mornings and evenings that is included with membership. People mind their own business and there are personal trainers available at really good pricing.
