If I could give negative stars I would. This post office has lost MANY of my packages and when I try to get the problem fixed the manager literally laughed in my face. She claims now to have never spoken to me. When she got me the post master he ended up not being the post master. When I finally did get the post master, she swore that all my packages had been delivered and must have been stolen. Even when I was home all day and there was no way the package would fit in the box. Still, she claims it was delivered. She hung up on me when I suggested that her delivery guy may have lied to her. Now my wife and I have been told, in no uncertain terms, that if we have a complaint about the post office we can not do anything about it. When the employees do nothing at all to help and lie about delivery, you would think the post master would step up. Instead she swears that her employees are incapable of mistake and that we can just live with it. Now, I have contacted the usps and they wont even acknowledge that this post master is even a real person. I know nothing will ever be done about this. Know it for a fact. But, at least they give us this nifty little complaint box here that they will surely ignore with the rest of our complaints. Also, that 5 star rating up here, yeah, thats an employee of the PO. LOL So, USPS, thanks for absolutely nothing.

Ive literally never had a package delivered by Williston USPS that hasnt had some kind of issue arriving as expected, not between the four addresses Ive lived at in Williston over the span of twenty years. Either the driver makes no effort to deliver it past that he cant fit it in the mailbox, and I have to go to the office, which basically has no idea whats going on 80% and their generic answer is "sorry, we cant help you," or something else happens like the driver puts the locker key in the wrong mailbox so we have to trust that whoever received the locker key doesnt steal our package. Worst service Ive ever seen at any establishment anywhere in the country in my entire life.

This is the most incompetent establishment I have ever worked with. My mail has been lost or returned to sender so many times that I now refuse to use the USPS. I purchased a UPS box and am happy to pay more for their service. I have filled multiple complaints and never got anywhere. I even had some counter lady tell me I needed to file a missing mail report with the police because my mail was stolen. Well after 50 days the piece arrived. They just lost it, apparently a few times. Pay the extra few dollars and use UPS or FedEx. I cant wait until the USPS goes bankrupt and they no longer have anything to do with our mailing system.

I never had a problem with the Customer Service. VERY pleasant people! Expect 20 minutes and you will be happier when its less! They are always willing to help you figure out a problem and wont put you off like UPS or FedEx. FedUPS has told me that my business address is not where its been for 30 years, they dont have the package despite the tracking saying they do, they keep a package for three days before they deliver it, etc.... I am very pleased with my USPS office in Williston! :) I am not an employee of the PO, but a lifetime (25 years) resident of Williston with a little patience.

I am new to Williston been here for about 2 months. I have never seen a post office in such a mess. It took 3 weeks to get key to my mailbox. The carrier was sending back my mail even though it was on hold. When I called they always had an excuse and were rude. Went to send a package a lady was in there frustrated and things were not being handled well. I ended up walking out after being in line for awhile. Went to the one on 11th Street they were way friendlier. Long story short if you have an option stay away from the one on Broadway. Something needs to be changed asap!

This post office is lazy! When you have a express delivery important piece of mail, addressed to the right address but they forward it to somewhere else and will not help you retrieve it, they need to get new employees that will help you track the package down. They would not even call the carrier to see if they would deliver it to where it was suppose to go, these people cost me this weeks paycheck. Dont even call customer service they give you the run around also. What happened to the usps service you could trust? This post office is the worst i have ever seen!!!

Worst post office on the face of the earth. I have now not received 2 packages from them and they swear up and down they were delivered to my work. Had to file claims on amazon to be reimbursed for my orders with no help from the post office. Now i have sent a package to Fargo from Williston and its out for delivery in Minot, WTH? Also has a tracking number thats showing up in two cities at the same time. Incompetence rules with the Williston facility and the post office in general. No wonder they are going broke. Good riddance waste of taxpayers money.

Absolutely the worst way to get a package on time and in the right place. Every single package I have had coming my way has been screwed up, from incorrect delivery to returning to sender saying that my address does not exist. The mail carriers do not seem to care whatsoever about delivering packages promptly and correctly. Each time I have visited the physical office in Williston, I have been told to go look at the kiosk in the lobby rather than simply helping me solve my problem (which they caused)!

I dont understand why there arent 2 windows at the post office. One for sending mail and one for picking up mail and general questions. It really bites when you have to stand in line for an hour just to ask a question or pick up a package that they wouldnt put at your door, so they left a note in your box. Missing and undelivered mail should never happen either. Yet it happens frequently with our usps. Important mail has just vanished.

They are very understaffed and they always mess up the deliveries. They either send my packages to the neighbor, the wrong street, or say invalid address and return to sender. UPS and FedEx NEVER have a problem finding my house AND Ive lived here for three years and have had countless packages ordered. How does USPS still not know where my address is??

Guaranteed delivery doesnt guarantee anything but a massive headache and potential of an embolism because they frustrate you to no end. Packages mishandled, Ive caught clerks in lies regarding where our packages /mail is. Terrible organization but what really can you expect from the workers when accountability and service is never a standard.

I had a mailbox through My Business Center in Williston. After about two weeks of having the box they closed down with no notice, refund or explanation. I had a package going to them during this time and the Post Office was able to intercept the package before it was returned and held it for me. The staff were very helpful and understanding.
